
Aura Visualization
Take some time out of your day to practice connecting with and manipulating your aura. All bodies create an electromagnetic field- this electromagnetic field is our aura. Wether we realize it or not, our aura is always alive, always moving. With some practice and mindfulness, we can use our attention to change and play with our aura.

Hello,
Welcome to the Aura Visualization Meditation.
This practice is most effective if practiced daily.
Find a moment to get comfortable.
You may find the best results sitting upright,
Either in a chair or on the ground,
Or perhaps laying on your back.
Whichever position you choose,
Find a position that is comfortable and allows you to lengthen your spine with ease.
As you settle in,
Start to focus on your breath,
Inhaling in through your nose,
Exhaling smoothly out of your mouth.
Allow your breath to move smoothly and intentionally like the ocean waves.
And now,
Begin to focus on your spine.
Begin,
Allow your spine to lengthen and imagine each vertebrae stacked on top of each other.
Finding length and space between each vertebrae,
A long continuous line from your tailbone all the way up into the top of your head.
Inhaling in through your nose,
Finding length in the spine,
Exhaling out through the mouth.
Relax,
Drop the shoulders,
Allow your spine to find length while also being relaxed,
Without forcing anything.
Inhaling in through your nose,
Exhaling out through your mouth.
The spine is lengthened,
The spine is long,
The spine is energized.
And now,
With your next breath,
Start to bring your awareness down to your tailbone and imagine energy starting to build,
Pooling in your tailbone.
And from your tailbone,
Imagine a long line of energy,
Like a single thread.
Drop from your tailbone and begin to go down into the earth,
This single thread of energy moving through the earth's crust,
Into the center of the earth and into the very core of the planet.
And as this thread of energy connects with the center of the planet,
On your next inhale,
Start to draw energy up this thread,
Moving effortlessly up through the earth,
Up into your low spine,
Pulling that energy up the spine,
Up the neck,
Into the head,
Exhaling,
Pushing this energy out of the top of the head,
Allow it to flow downwards like a fountain back into the earth.
Inhale,
Pulling energy up this thread,
Up through the spine,
Exhaling,
Pushing it out of the top of the head and allow this energy to move fluidly like water,
Inhaling,
Lengthening the spine,
Pulling the energy up,
Exhaling,
Relaxing,
Effortlessly allowing this energy to flow through you.
And start to bring your awareness to this energy.
Notice the consistency,
Is it moving like water,
Is it thicker than water?
Does it have a color?
Are there places in your body where it's moving more slowly or more quickly?
Are there places in your body that perhaps are numb?
Allow this energy to move in every part of your body freely.
If there are places that are moving slower,
Allow the energy to start moving at the same pace.
Perhaps there's areas that are numb and just send some of that energy there without controlling,
Without any judgment,
Allow this energy to flow freely through your body.
And perhaps you can start playing with colors.
Perhaps you are seeing a color that this energy is.
Maybe you can experiment.
Find a color that feels invigorating,
Healing,
And alive,
A color that gives you calm while also feeling like your body is regenerating itself.
And now inhaling,
Pulling energy up this thread,
Up through the spine,
Exhaling,
Pushing it out of the top of your head,
Start bringing your awareness to this energy,
This force field that you have created,
This egg shaped force field of energy,
A fountain that is being pulled up through your spine and shooting out the top of your head.
Allow your breath to maintain its rhythm.
Stay connected to the energy pulsing through your spine,
But start to focus on the quality of this egg-like force field around you.
Notice how the energy is flowing.
Notice if the color is strong or weak,
Translucent or opaque.
And while simply observing yourself,
Observing your breath,
Observing your body,
Observing the energy moving through your spine,
And observing this force field around you.
And with your consciousness,
Begin to scan your force field.
Begin to notice if there's areas that are blind spots or have no sensation.
Notice if there's areas that are visceral,
That you are getting a lot of sensation.
Start to scan this egg of energy around you.
Perhaps the backside of your body is experiencing less sensation than the front.
Perhaps there's areas where you experience cold or heat.
And without judgment,
Simply scan this egg of energy around you,
Observing,
Experiencing,
Without judgment,
Without opinion.
And now,
Very slowly,
Very organically,
Allow this egg of energy to get smaller,
So that it's just floating right outside of your skin.
Your body fits perfectly within this egg.
Feel the energy pulsing through your body and pulsing through this egg.
This egg is your aura.
Take a few minutes to allow this energy to flow through you and simply observe.
Observe your body.
Observe your aura.
Observe the sensations you experience,
Both within your body and within your aura.
Inhaling in through your nose.
Exhaling out through your mouth.
Observing your body.
Observing your force field.
Observing yourself.
Perhaps memories are arising,
Physical sensations.
Without judgment,
Without preconceived desires,
Allow yourself to be present and to experience the sensations in your body and the sensations in your force field.
Breathing in through your nose and exhaling out through your mouth.
Inhaling in,
Pulling energy up your spine.
Exhaling,
Pushing it out of the top of your head.
And for a moment,
See if you can manipulate the speed of this energy.
Perhaps your next inhale,
You can have the energy move more quickly up through your spine,
Out the top of your head.
You can also play with slowing down this energy.
Perhaps there's areas of your body or your force field which are numb or you experience less sensation.
You may experiment with bringing your awareness there,
Moving the energy through,
Or just observing the sensations and experience in that specific area.
Inhaling in through the nose.
Exhale out through the mouth.
We sometimes forget that our bodies are like batteries.
Our bodies have an electromagnetic field.
This electromagnetic field is our aura.
We have full autonomy over our bodies and our electromagnetic field.
You are so much more powerful than you realize.
And all you must do is just practice your awareness.
Whether you notice it or not,
Your aura is always there.
Sometimes,
Without our attention,
Aspects of our aura in our body can be numb or unaware,
Or aspects can be clogged,
Or aspects can be overactive.
Ideally,
And with time,
You can be fully present within your body,
Fully present within your aura,
Relaxed,
Tranquil,
And peaceful.
Little by little,
Day by day,
You will re-remember how to use your aura,
Use your body as the instrument it is.
You are pure magic because you are made of woven threads of light.
The fabric of time and space is woven out of pure light,
And therefore,
This entire reality is you.
You are the entire reality.
There is no barrier between self and outside,
Between infinity and oneness.
We are all one.
At your own pace,
You may return to focusing on your breath.
Tap back in with your body,
Your heart rate,
Your blood moving.
You may wiggle your toes and wiggle your fingers,
And enter back into your daily life.
And perhaps,
While you live your life,
You can practice tapping into your aura,
Tapping into your electromagnetic field.
