Welcome.
Thank you for showing up for yourself today.
And let's take a moment to connect with our bodies and to relax our nervous system.
Find a comfortable position.
You can either be sitting upright,
Either in a chair or sitting on the ground.
Or you may lay on your back.
Whatever is most comfortable for you in this moment is perfect.
Get yourself situated and then start focusing on your spine.
Start stacking each vertebrae on top of the other.
Pulling the belly button up and in with ease,
Without forcing.
Allowing the low spine to stack over the tailbone.
The ribcage moving back to stack over the tailbone.
Pulling that energy up.
The shoulders are relaxed down and back.
And allowing the head to rest with ease.
Your whole spine is in alignment.
Take a deep inhale in through your nose.
Pull energy up through your spine like a straw.
Exhale.
Pushing this energy up out of the top of your head.
Take another inhale in.
Pulling energy up your spine.
Pulling it up like a straw into the top of your head.
Exhale through your mouth.
Pushing this energy out of the top of your head.
Creating a force field like egg of energy around you.
Keep taking intentional smooth inhales in through your nose.
Exhaling out through your mouth.
Allowing this energy to flow through you.
This energy is your aura.
Just like planet Earth,
Your body is like a battery.
Energy is flowing through it and out of it at all times.
And sometimes we forget to tap in with our body and tap in with our aura.
As you are inhaling in and smoothly exhaling out,
Start focusing on the sensations in your body.
Bring your awareness to the very top of your head.
And allow your consciousness to start feeling the sensations in your face.
Feeling the sensations in your ears,
Your cheeks,
Your chin,
Your forehead,
Your eyes.
Allow your consciousness to spread onto the backside of your head,
Your scalp.
The space on the opposite end of your skull behind your ears.
And allow your consciousness to start sensing the sensations on your neck,
Your throat.
Start moving the consciousness downwards.
Start feeling the sensation of your right shoulder,
Your right bicep.
Moving it down to feel the sensations on your right elbow,
Your right forearm,
Your right hand,
And your right fingers.
Drift your awareness over to the left shoulder and start allowing your consciousness to sense the sensations of your left bicep,
Your left elbow,
Your left forearm.
Down into your left hand and into your left fingertips.
Inhaling smoothly and slowly.
Exhaling all of your air out.
And allow your awareness to move now into your chest.
Feel your heart beating.
Feel the sensations on your chest moving down into your breast area,
Down into your stomach,
Your abdomen.
Feel the sensations on your belly button and down into the lower abdomen.
Bring the awareness onto the back.
Feel the sensations on your upper back,
Your shoulders,
Your shoulder blades.
Feel the sensations down your spine,
Down your low back.
And now allow your awareness to drift onto your upper right leg,
The hip,
The glute.
Allow your awareness to move down the right leg,
Down to the right knee.
Moving easily down through the right shin and calf into the right foot and the right toes.
And now move your awareness to the left thigh,
The left glute.
Moving down towards the left knee and then moving easily down into the left foot and left toes.
And now let's bring the energy back up.
Let's see if you can do both legs at a time.
Allowing your awareness to be in both of your feet.
Pulling that energy up both of the legs up to the knee.
Pulling the energy up the thighs into the glutes.
Inhaling,
Pulling your awareness up through your abdomen,
Up your back,
Into your chest.
Pulling the energy from both of your fingers,
Through your hands.
Pulling it up through the arms,
Up into the shoulders.
Having the energy meet in your heart space.
Feel all of the energy in your body congregate into your heart.
On your next inhale,
Pull the energy up into the center of your head,
The space behind your eyes.
Feel this energy pulling,
Pulling energy up through your spine like a straw.
Filling your whole head with this energy.
Take an inhale in,
Pull all this energy up into your head.
Hold your breath at the top.
Take another sip of air in.
Fill this space behind your eyes with all of this energy.
Exhale out through your mouth.
Push this energy up out of the top of your head.
Feel the energy of your aura moving up through your body and cascading out around you.
Start noticing what this energy feels like.
Perhaps you've already been visualizing a color.
Perhaps the energy is clear or invisible.
Start noticing the qualities.
What consistency is it?
Is it like water?
Is it like a gas?
Does it feel thick?
Does it feel thin?
Start allowing it to move naturally,
Organically,
Flowing like water.
Flowing as it wants to.
And start noticing the sensations in your body.
Are there areas that felt more than others?
Are there areas that feel numb?
Are there areas that are experiencing pain?
Allow this energy to flow easily through your body and without attachment,
Without judgment,
Allow the energy to move through each space.
Perhaps it's moving into the areas with pain.
Perhaps it's moving into the areas that are numb.
Perhaps in certain areas it feels wonderful.
Whatever is happening without judgment and without any opinion,
Allow the energy to move freely.
Focusing on inhaling in through your nose,
Filling your body with energy.
Exhaling,
Pushing it up out of the top of your head,
Having it arc down,
Creating this force field of energy.
Nothing is permanent.
Your body is not permanent.
You have existed long before you've lived in this body.
Your pain is impermanent.
Your pleasure is impermanent.
Each sensation that you feel is impermanent.
Allow yourself to feel things and without reacting,
Allow them to pass.
Just as the sun rises and sets every day,
You inhale and exhale countless times throughout your life.
You are born and reborn countless times in your life,
Countless times within a day,
As you will be born and reborn infinitely into the future.
Allow yourself to experience without reacting,
To observe and release.
You are the master of your ship.
You are the driver of your own mind and your own body.
You are peace.
You are whatever you want to be.
You can allow your nervous system to relax.
Take a deep inhale in through your nose,
Slowly,
Smoothly pulling energy up your spine like a straw,
Having the energy pool in the space behind your eyes.
Hold your breath at the top.
Take another sip of energy in.
Hold your breath at the top.
Exhale out through your mouth,
Pushing the energy up out of the top of your head.
Energy is being pulled up your spine,
Exhaling out of the top of your head,
Flowing smoothly,
Organically.
You are in the perfect place at the perfect time.
You have nothing to fear.
This life,
This physical reality is impermanent.
In many ways,
It's like a dream.
You have nothing to worry about and nothing to stress about.
Allow your mind,
Allow your soul to exist fluidly and calmly and your body will follow.
Your body is a magnet for peace.
Your body is a magnet for calm.
On your next inhale,
Pull this energy up your spine and have it fill your heart.
Imagine your heart as a golden ball of energy,
Radiating light like a sun,
Inhaling energy into your heart.
And as you exhale,
Allow your heart to radiate outwards,
Warming your body,
Warming the space around you.
Send all of this heart energy,
All of this love out into the world.
Send it to the past versions of yourself.
Send it to your future versions of yourself.
Send it to all the people in your life,
Even the people that have once hurt you.
You have nothing to fear.
You have nothing to be sorry for.
We are all learning.
And deep to your core,
You are made of pure energy,
Pure light,
And pure love.
Your love is your greatest power and you need nothing else.
Inhale,
Pull energy up into your heart,
Filling it with golden energy.
Exhale,
Radiating it outwards,
Letting your whole body fill with this golden light.
Inhale in through your nose,
Pull this energy up into the space behind your eyes.
Hold your breath at the top.
Feel your head fill with this golden energy.
Exhale out through your mouth,
Pushing the energy out of the top of your head,
Feeling the energy arc down and pulling back upwards.
You know exactly what you're doing.
You don't need all of the answers because the answers live within you.
Allow your breath to resume its natural rhythm.
Feel the sensations in your body,
Your heart beating,
Your blood flowing.
Thank yourself for making time today to check in with your body and be present with your body.
You are more magical and powerful than you know.
Whenever you're ready,
You can re-enter the space you're in and you can open your eyes.
And whenever you need to,
You can return to this meditation or try to do this in your waking life,
To check in with the sensations in your body,
To focus on your aura and push this energy in and out through your body.
