Breathe deeply into your own sacred roots,
That in which grounds you,
Connects you,
Magnetizes you to the energy of this powerful Mother Earth.
And then begin to breathe up,

Through the channel of your own beingness.
Breathing,

The energy of Mother Earth up.
Feel the energy opening up your sacral portal.
Feel the energy opening up this expression of your womb space,
This space of birthing,
This space of openness and energy that waits within you to be created.
Now breathe,

Up into your belly.
Feel this power right here,

The infinite power of the solar expression of life that moves through you.
Now keep breathing up,

Up into that beautiful chest of yours.
Feel the heart.

The ability for wakefulness.
Feel this now,

And breathe up,

Up now into the top of the crown of your head,
Beyond you,
Into the infinite,
Limitless expression of the divine creatrix.
Now feel the portal,
Like a hollow bone within you,
A hollow channel opening up.
From the crown of your head,
Move your energy down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Deep into the roots of the earth and then back up,
Up,
Up,
Up.
Breathing into this potentiality of life within you,
Breathing into the opening of your sacred channel of your sacred vessel,
Feeling yourself from the inside out,
Illuminated,
Open to receiving whatever might want to come through you at this particular time.
Now I will invite you to feel yourself in space,
In pure spaciousness in the womb of creation herself,
Where all ideas are birthed from,
That you have a deep connection to this womb of creation,
From the nothingness to the somethingness.
Feel yourself here now in this expression,
That you are so connected and that by you simply opening your channel,
You become an open receiver to creation itself.
You open yourself as an instrument for that which is ready to come through you.
Continue to breathe,

Breathe into this space.
And as the music begins to play,
You can move your body.
You can play it in the background as you are creating,
Writing,
Journaling.
You can go for a walk with it.
You are welcome to play in any way that feels alive for you,
Welcoming in the divine expression of creativity moving through your portal as you become aligned with that which is ready to fully be received from you in service to the world.
Enjoy this process of the music flowing,
