So beautiful ones,

Welcome.

In this present moment here now,

I will invite you to come into presence.

Relaxing the mind,

Relaxing the busyness of your mind.

And fully arriving right here,

Right now,

In this moment.

As we go on a journey into altering your state of being,

The intention is to step into the source of a highly organized state of vibrational being.

And so beautiful one,

First and foremost,

I invite you to desire and require the vibe.

So whether that vibe that you desire and require be love,

Joy,

Pleasure,

Flow,

Whatever it is for you,

Set this in your own being right here,

Right now.

Setting the intention for momentum.

That you get to choose the vibe that you create as we alter your state of being through three methods.

The first method is your breath.

The second,

Your sound.

And the third,

Your movement.

And so first and foremost,

Beautiful one,

Let us begin with your breath.

And the breath is simple,

It's a deep inhale through the mouth,

Like you are sucking in air through a straw.

And the exhale is a soft exhale,

Not pushing the air out,

But simply allowing for the air to move out of the body.

We'll breathe in and out like this ten times,

And then we'll hold the breath up at the top that tenth time.

Then we'll move into sound,

Where you will tune into the frequency and the vibration of the vibe that you desire.

And you will sing your love song just by toning through sound out to the little vibration,

Out to the vibrational particles,

The subatomic particles of the building blocks of life.

And you'll magnetize your desires through your sound.

And then finally we'll move the body,

And this is where I'll play music.

And this is where music will be played,

And you simply get to move your body in whatever way feels really beautiful for you.

Moving your body,

Knowing that your body sends out an influential vibrational state,

And influences all beings around you through your body language,

Through your physiology.

And so these three methods we'll use with intention and devotion for calling in and magnetizing the momentum towards you aligning and having,

Being,

Doing,

And having what it is that you desire and require.

So finding yourself in a comfortable seated position here,

I'll invite you to close your eyes.

And taking a normal deep breath in,

Just a normal inhale through the nose.

And a normal deep breath out,

Exhaling.

And let us begin the breath work here.

Deep breath in,

In through the mouth.

Five more.

Two more.

Last one to hold.

Last one to hold.

Exhale,

Deep breath out.

And deep normal breaths in and out here.

Now beautiful ones,

In this moment,

Let us tune in to that desired and required body.

The feeling of what you desire and require for your life.

And the toning is simple.

It's a simple deep breath in,

Followed by an ah sound.

Beautiful,

Delicious ah through the sound of your voice.

And letting it move in and out very effortlessly.

And bringing the feeling of what it is that you desire in and out through this love song,

Through your voice.

And take a deep breath in.

Now beautiful ones,

Let us move this energy through our bodies.

Moving in any way that feels good,

Pleasurable,

Delightful for you.

Moving the body,

Moving.

Any tightness,

Any stuckness,

Any resistance that you feel.

Pause.

Find space.

And move with intention.

Each and every movement comes with deep intention to become the altered state of a highly vibrational state of being.

Each and every movement comes with deep intention to become the altered state of a highly vibrational state of being.

And allowing this highly vibrational state of being to align you in the momentum standard.

And blessings on your continued journey into the momentum standard.
