Listen to this audio with my interpretation of the poem from Rainer Maria Rilke, dive into the sound of the Tibetan Singing Bowls, and meditate on the stillness as the poem goes. Remember that this is your moment, you have nothing else to do, no tasks to accomplish for only a few minutes, then you can come back to your daily routines, refreshed. Hope you enjoy it.

If only there were stillness,

Full,

Complete.

What if only there were stillness,

Full,

Complete?

If all the random and approximate were muted,

With neighbor's laughter for your sake,

And if the claimer that my senses make did not confront the virtue I would keep,

Then,

In a thousandfold thought,

I could thank you out,

Even to your utmost drink,

And,

While I smile and juice,

Possess you,

Giving you away,

As though I were but giving thanks,

To all.

If only there were stillness,

Full,

Complete.
