The Burning Book (Insp. By The Waltons)

This poem was inspired by The Waltons Season 5 Episode 5 in which John-Boy was trying to bring awareness to his town and community about a very important situation, however, no one wanted to hear about it. It wasn't until the end of the episode that everyone realized and understood what he was trying to do. Due to the subject matter of the episode, I feel it's better to leave out specific details for the purpose of the Insight Timer approval process but I encourage families with older children and adults to consider watching that very eye opening episode.

This poem is dedicated to the entire cast of The Waltons with thanks for bringing awareness to a very difficult situation and doing so in such a beautiful, talented, passionate, and at times intense way. I hope everyone enjoys this poem and I thank you for your support!
