Ted In My Bed (This Poem Is Not What The Title Implies)

This poem is inspired by the multiple dream visitations I've had by what I believe is the soul energy of an individual I can’t fully name. This poem is my way of coping and trying to figure out the “why” of my experience and put an end to it as it’s very unwanted. I have learned that other spiritually gifted individuals have had similar experiences with this soul and have also used various forms of creative expression to cope.

Clarification:
The mention of dreaming about “only him” was just to express my confusion about why, out of all the individuals I can dream about, am I dreaming so much of him and the fact that he keeps showing up in my dreams when I haven’t “invited him” is also very unnerving to me.

Hi Insight Timer community and thank you for being here. Today I want to share with you a poem that I wrote about a real and ongoing experience that I am having. The title is called Ted in my bed but the poem is not what the title implies. Ted in my bed. Although you're dead you're in my head I'm afraid to go to bed why do I dream of only you why come to me I have no clue as I try to sleep tonight protect me from the constant fright keep me safe keep him away to see tomorrow is what I pray
