Hello everyone and thank you for joining me today.
This was a very difficult track for me to record,
But I wanted to share with you,
My Inside Timer community,
Some very sad news concerning my family and I.
And to briefly talk about my feelings about it.
Please be aware that this track was intended to be published prior to my track titled Dear Diary.
Today would have been 20 years.
As I try to keep my tracks in chronological order.
However,
Due to this track requiring several edits for it to be approved,
It got published later than originally planned.
Also,
A poem,
Along with more details,
Will be shared later,
But at this time,
My grief is too overwhelming.
For now,
I wanted to let you all know that on August 15th,
2026,
Our cat of 16 years,
Chloe.
Passed away under unusual circumstances.
We are all grieving deeply,
But I know many of you know how it feels to lose a member of your fur family.
As teachers on this platform,
It is expected for us to share content that will help our followers to have improved mental health.
And overall well-being.
And wellness.
However,
It is also teachers who need that support as well.
After all,
We are all human beings.
So with that,
I come to you,
Not only as a teacher,
But also as a fellow human being who wants you to know that if you are going through a similar journey of loss and grief,
You are not alone.
There are many of us navigating the same situation.
This track is intended to bring those of us together who are trying to navigate loss,
Grief,
And trying to find our footing.
For me,
The mornings are the most difficult.
I wake up every morning,
And instead of hearing a friendly meow of good morning,
All I hear is silence.
Instead of going to bed and my little girl giving me a kiss on the nose or cheek like she always did,
I look beside me and see no one there.
I didn't let out my crying.
Because crying and tears are a part of life.
And though this platform is about healing,
The only way to heal is moving through the grief.
You have to process the grief to find healing.
You are allowed to cry.
Be angry.
Hurt,
And anything else in between.
There are also some helpful resources on this platform in addition,
I hope,
To this track.
Being in the midst of grief is honestly a horrible place to be.
Feeling raw emotion,
Sadness,
Feeling alone.
There is also hope.
The hope of finding a new normal.
I myself don't know how to get there yet.
But that's what this track is about.
Trying to find that new normal,
Not alone,
But as a community.
For all of you out there who have lost a fur baby.
It is my belief system,
As someone who is sensitive to energies,
Both of the living and in spirit,
That your babies did not leave you.
You may not see them physically anymore.
But the human-animal bond is similar to the mother-child bond in that it is uniquely strong.
And I can assure you that according to my belief system,
Your fur babies are right there beside you.
You can talk to them both out loud or in your head.
I'm not a mental health professional or professional psychic medium.
I'm just sharing with you based on my personal experience.
As a spiritually gifted person.
I am grieving the physical loss of my fur baby.
But I know Chloe and I are eternally connected on a soul level.
So are you and yours.
So you are not alone.
I realize this isn't like my usual content.
But this isn't a usual situation.
And I felt it was important to share my journey in hopes of building connection,
Community,
And to hopefully help others feel a little less alone.
Physically losing your fur baby is one of the worst feelings.
But if we rely on each other,
Coping skills,
And this awesome community,
We will hopefully find a new normal in time.
Thank you so much for listening.
And please take care.
Love and light to all.
