Welcome to this guided morning meditation for connecting with your heart.
My name is Astrid,
And I will be your guide today.
Now,
Find a comfortable seated position where you won't be disturbed,
And gently close your eyes if it feels comfortable to do so.
Now,
Let's begin with a quick breathing exercise.
Let's take three deep breaths together.
Inhale deeply through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely.
Hold the breath for a moment,
And exhale fully through your mouth,
Letting go of any tension.
Again,
Inhale deeply through your nose,
Hold,
And exhale fully,
Releasing any stress and tension.
Again,
One last time,
Inhale deeply,
Hold,
And exhale completely,
Letting go of anything that no longer serves you.
Now,
Allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.
Take a moment to feel your entire body in the space you occupy.
From the top of your head,
Down your spine,
To your sit bones and the soles of your feet.
Now,
Bring both hands to the center of your chest where your heart resides.
Feel the warmth of your hands on your heart center.
Now,
Take a moment to connect with your heartbeat.
Visualize a soft,
Warm light emanating from your heart.
This light can be any color that feels right to you.
See this light spreading from your heart throughout your chest,
Filling your entire body with warmth and love.
Now,
Silently repeat the mantra,
I am enough.
Feel the truth of these words resonate in your heart.
Now,
Imagine this warm light extending from your heart upwards to the top of your head,
Then down through your neck and shoulders.
Now,
Flowing into your arms and hands,
And filling your entire torso.
Let the light flow down into your hips,
Through your legs,
And into your feet.
Now,
See the light from your heart expanding outwards,
Enveloping your entire body in a cocoon of protective glowing light.
This cocoon shields you from negative energy and supports you with love and positivity.
Take a few moments to sit in this cocoon of light without judgment.
Allow yourself to be present with whatever arises.
If there is anything that no longer serves you,
Visualize it leaving your body as a gray smoke,
Which is then transformed back into brilliant glowing light by your protective aura.
Let the smoke go,
Let it all go away.
Let it all be transformed into brilliant glowing light.
Now,
Silently repeat again,
I am enough.
I am enough.
Feel the strength and peace of these words.
I am enough.
I am enough.
Now,
Slowly become aware again of the natural rise and fall of your body as you breathe.
Feel your whole physical body in the space it's in.
From the top of your head,
Your neck,
Your torso,
Your shoulders,
Your sit bones,
Legs,
And the soles of your feet.
Gently start to bring a subtle movement back into your body.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Roll your shoulders,
And when you are ready,
Softly open your eyes.
This guided meditation for heart connection is now complete.
