Welcome to this sensual breathwork meditation.

My name is Ashley Bentley,

And this session is designed to help you cultivate a deeper connection with your body through the power of breath and visualizations.

Our breath not only fuels our life force,

But it also serves as a potent tool for activating our nervous system,

Directing focus,

And enhancing self-awareness.

Through mindful breathwork,

You can guide energy throughout your body,

Opening pathways for pleasure,

Relaxation,

And self-discovery.

Science shows that by regulating our breath,

We can shift the body from a state of stress,

Which is our sympathetic nervous system,

Into a state of relaxation and receptivity,

Into our parasympathetic nervous system.

This transition allows us to access deeper layers of awareness,

Creating space for pleasure to emerge naturally,

Without force or expectation.

As we move through this practice,

You'll begin to notice areas of your body that light up with sensation,

Areas that invite pleasure and attention.

The goal is to build a stronger connection with these sensations,

Fostering not only sensual pleasure,

But a deeper sense of self-connection that extends to all areas of life.

Allow this practice to be an exploration of your body's natural capacity for joy,

Presence,

And intimacy.

Take a moment now to settle into a comfortable position,

Whether that is seated or lying down.

And whenever you're ready,

Gently close your eyes and allow the body to relax completely.

With each breath in,

Feel a gentle sense of ease washing over you.

And with each breath out,

Let go of any tension,

Any distractions,

And allow yourself to arrive fully here and now.

You can notice the weight of your body being supported,

And know that in this moment,

There is nothing else you need to do,

There's nowhere else you need to be.

This time is just for you to explore,

To connect,

And to awaken your inner bliss.

Begin by gently drawing your awareness to your hands,

Noticing the sensations in your palms,

Perhaps feeling a subtle warmth or tingling.

On your next inhale,

Visualize the breath flowing in through the palm of your right hand.

And as you breathe in,

Imagine that breath as a soft,

Warm energy traveling up your right arm,

All the way to your heart.

Pause here for a moment,

Feeling that warmth resting gently in the center of your chest.

And as you exhale,

Imagine that breath moving down your left arm,

Flowing out gently through the palm of your left hand.

And then switching directions by taking your next in-breath through your left palm,

All the way up to your heart space.

Pausing and exhaling down through the right arm and out through the right palm.

Continuing this cycle,

Breathing in through your palm,

Allowing the breath to travel up to your heart,

And breathing out through your opposite arm and palm,

Switching directions each time.

And with each breath,

Allow this flow to become smoother,

More fluid.

It's as if you're circulating a golden river of energy between your hands and your heart.

Now,

Shifting your attention to the space between your eyebrows,

The center of your forehead,

Your mind's eye,

As you inhale,

Can you imagine drawing the breath directly into this space?

Into the mind's eye center.

See the breath as a soft glowing light,

Entering through the mind's eye and exhaling,

Spreading gently throughout your body.

Feel this light move into every part of you,

As though each breath is illuminating your entire being.

Inhaling into the mind's eye center and exhaling,

Imagine this light flowing back out from your body,

Through the mind's eye,

As if your breath is expanding your awareness beyond your physical form.

As you continue,

Notice how each inhale brings a deeper sense of connection to your inner world.

Every exhale releases any remaining tension,

Softening your body and mind.

Inhaling light through the mind's eye center and exhale,

Allow this light to illuminate your entire body.

Continuing now at your own pace and speed.

Now,

I invite you to explore the subtle energy of pleasure within your body.

With your next few breaths,

Begin to gently scan from the top of your head all the way down to your toes,

Noticing any areas where you feel the most alive,

Where pleasure,

Warmth or sensation naturally arise.

As you move your awareness slowly,

Let your breath guide you.

And when you find a place that seems to light up with sensation,

Pause there.

Let your breath flow into this area,

As if you're breathing from this area,

In and out.

And as you do so,

Imagine that with each inhale,

A unique color begins to emerge from this spot.

This can be any color,

A color personal to you.

It represents the energy of sensuality and pleasure within that area.

Breathe into this color,

Allowing it to become more vibrant and more radiant with each breath.

See it growing,

Expanding and filling this part of your body with warmth and sensation.

With every inhale,

Feel the color growing stronger.

And with every exhale,

Feel it spreading even further through your body,

Filling you with a soft,

Glowing pleasure.

Good,

That's right.

As you continue,

Allow this color to travel beyond just this one area.

Visualize it connecting to other parts of your body,

Moving and flowing in any direction it wants to go.

Perhaps it travels up into your chest,

Or down into your hips and legs.

Follow this color as it illuminates your inner landscape.

And if you discover other areas of pleasure,

Let them each reveal their own colors.

Maybe your lower back glows with a deep red,

And your chest with a soft pink,

Or your hands with a radiant gold.

Breathe into these areas,

Noticing how the colors play and interact with one another,

Each one a unique expression of your body's sensual energy.

Now,

Take a few moments to rest in the feeling of your entire body,

Alive with color,

Sensation,

And pleasure.

Notice how each breath flows freely through all of these vibrant areas,

As though you're breathing into your whole body at once,

Bathing yourself in your personal colors of pleasure.

As you inhale,

Imagine these colors merging together into a soft glowing orb of light at your heart center.

And with each exhale,

Allow this orb to expand outward,

Radiating through your body,

Your energy field,

And beyond.

Feel this glow wrapping around you like a warm protective blanket,

Creating a safe and sacred space for your sensuality to thrive.

And just take a few final deep breaths,

Resting in this state of connection,

Fully alive to your body's sensual potential.

And when you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the room,

But keep a sense of this inner glow with you,

And know that this vibrant energy of pleasure,

Represented by your own personal colors,

Is always available to you.

You can return to it,

Explore it,

And expand it whenever you wish.

Each time you listen to this recording,

Allow your connection to grow deeper,

And the colors to grow stronger and more vibrant.

And watch what happens as you do this over time.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling your connection to this moment,

And exhaling slowly.

And you can begin to bring small movements back to your body.

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

Gently reawakening your body.

And when you feel ready,

And not a moment before,

You can slowly open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of inner pleasure with you as you move forward into your day.
