Explore MeditationArgentina began practicing yoga at age 15, shortly after moving to the United States from the Dominican Republic. Yoga quickly became her sanctuary, a space of grounding and relief during times of change and uncertainty. In 2015, she earned her teaching certification, and today she is a 500-hour experienced yoga teacher specializing in Yoga Nidra meditation. Her mission is to support students in cultivating physical and mental well-being through yoga, meditation, community, and connection with nature. Off the mat, Argentina enjoys cooking, road trips, nature hikes, and time with her two dogs Rocky and Bruno.
