I Am Here: A Playfully Uplifting Meditation With Singing

I AM HERE! A spontaneous affirming meditation that was inspired by a live event in a community chat. Robert Halley flows into poetic, call and response, even some heartfelt singing. I am here and safe with the ability to do anything. I can go anywhere I want and do anything I want. There are no limits on what I can do or where I can go. I am free to be myself and do what I want. I am in control of my life and can make my own choices. I am powerful and can create my own reality. Feel it.

Welcome. Let's find presence in our body and freedom in our breath. Move and groove. Settle and be. How can you feel like a vapor, Like a frequency, That you're not just as dense, Bone, Flesh? Maybe you choose to stay in a meditative rock and sway, Or you find stillness. We nod the head for the occipital region to have its flow up and down. Beautiful breath in, Beautiful breath out. Option to soften your gaze or close your eyes. We repeat three cycles of a minimal but powerful I am statements of I-ness to command on the conscious and subconscious and superconscious mind, And to elevate here and now. Repeat after me, I'm here. I can take care of me. I am safe and secure. I'm here. Maybe you put your hand on yourself. I'm here. I can take care of me. I am safe and secure. One more time. Say it. Feel it like you mean it. Maybe there's vision and emotion. Here we go. I'm here. I can take care of me. I am safe and secure. Uh-oh, There's a request to sing it. Pardon my voice. Dancer first, Singer maybe third. Here we go. Everyone sing it. Interpret it as you wish. I'm here. I'm here. I'm here. I can take care of me. I'm safe. I'm safe. I'm secure. So secure. I'm here. Oh, I'm here. I can take care of me. And I am safe. I'm so safe. And not only safe, But secure. One more time. I'm here. I'm here. I can take care. I can take so much care of me. And not only that, But I'm safe and secure. Safe, Secure. Here and caring and safe and secure. I am here. I am safe and I have trust. Trust in my capacity, In my thoughts, In my movement, And in my breath. And so it is. I feel lighter. I am elevated. And I am whole. Breathe this in. Let it go. Let it flow. Ride on your breath, Mind, Heart, Eyes. Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, And yes.
