Welcome to this guided meditation where I am inviting you to make space for healing.
Take a moment to arrive exactly as you are.
You do not need to feel completely well to begin.
You don't need to have anything figured out.
And you do not need to force healing to happen.
For these few minutes,
You are invited to pause.
To breathe.
To listen inwardly.
And to make a little more space for healing in your mind.
Your body.
And your spirit.
Let us begin.
I invite you to find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Allow yourself to be supported by the chair or bed or the ground beneath you.
If it feels comfortable.
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Just taking a slow breath in through your nose.
And a long easy breath out.
Again.
Breathing in through your nose.
Then a long,
Easy breath out.
And then returning to your own natural rhythm of breathing.
Let your breath.
Guide you.
It's a natural rhythm.
The ebb and flow of light.
There's nothing you need to control.
Nothing you need to accomplish.
Simply allow yourself to be here.
I invite you to bring attention to the space around your body.
Notice the air touching your skin.
The room holding you.
Quiet place between one breath and the next.
Noticing.
Observing.
No need to change anything.
Now I invite you to imagine.
The space within you.
Is gently widening.
There's room for you,
Brah.
Room for your feelings.
Room for rats.
Room for whatever is unfolding.
You do not need to hurry the process.
Healing does not always announce itself.
Sometimes it is quiet.
Sometimes gradual.
Sometimes it begins with simply allowing yourself to pause.
Now,
I invite you to imagine a soft,
Warm light above your head.
The light may be white.
Golden,
Or any color that feels comforting to you.
There's no right or wrong color.
Allow one to appear,
Inviting it.
And as you breathe in.
Imagine the light gently entering through the crown of your head.
And as you breathe out,
Allow it to soften your mind.
Letting the light move across your forehead.
Around your eyes.
Rear jaw.
Softening,
Letting go.
Soothing the places where you may have been holding tension.
Allow the light to move down through your throat and neck.
Brush your shoulders.
Down your arms.
Into your hands.
No need to make anything happen.
Just imagine war.
Kindness.
And spaciousness moving through you.
Allow the light to move into your chest.
The area around your heart.
And imagine your heart being held with tenderness.
You do not have to be strong every moment.
You do not have to hide what you feel.
You are allowed to receive care.
You Now allow the light to move through your belly.
Your hips.
Imagine your whole body surrounded by a gentle,
Peaceful glow.
Not a light that demands change.
A light that offers support.
A light that says you can take your time.
You can rest here.
You can heal in your own way.
Inviting that light to touch your spirit.
Deepest part of you.
Art and hopes.
Art that listens.
Art that knows even small steps matter.
I invite you to repeat the following words,
Either silently or out loud,
Whatever feels right for you.
I am making space for healing in mind.
Body.
And spirit.
Letting those words settle gently within you.
Again,
Repeating silently or out loud.
I am making space for healing.
In mind,
Body,
And spirit.
Feeling the breath move through you.
Light surrounding you.
Repeating once again.
I am making space for healing in mind.
Body and spirit.
Taking a moment to notice how these words feel.
Maybe there is comfort.
Maybe there's hope.
Maybe uncertainty.
Or maybe there is simply a willingness to allow.
Whatever is here is welcome.
Now,
I invite you to imagine a small flower beginning to open.
It does not force itself open.
It doesn't compare itself to other flowers.
It responds to low light.
The water.
The air.
And the season it is in.
Slowly.
Naturally.
In an old Imagine that you are like this flower.
You don't have to rush your becoming.
You not have to heal according to someone else's timeline.
Some days may bring visible growth.
Other days may feel quiet.
But even in the quiet.
Something may be happening beneath the surface.
Roots may be strengthening.
New space may be forming.
Your inner world may be preparing to open in its own time.
Trust that quiet healing counts.
Trust that rest can be part of healing.
And trust that every gentle act of care matters.
Let the following phrases wash through you slowly.
You don't need to force anything.
Just receive what you can.
And as you rest in the warmth of the light.
Allow these words to arise gently.
May my mind be met with peace.
May my body be met with kindness.
May my spirit be held with compassion.
May I trust the healing that is unfolding within me.
Letting the words settle.
Notice any place in you that softens.
Even slightly once again.
Listening to the words,
Letting them in.
May my mind be met with peace.
May my body be met with kindness.
May my spirit be held with compassion.
May I trust the healing that is unfolding within me.
Allowing the light to surround you.
Your breath support you.
And allowing the phrases to settle a little deeper if that feels comfortable.
May my mind be met with peace.
May my body be met with kindness.
May my spirit be held with compassion.
May I trust the healing that is unfolding within me.
Allowing these words to rest gently within you.
Nothing more is required.
Bringing awareness back to the center of your chest.
Feel the breath moving in and out.
Feel the quiet presence within you.
Making space for healing.
And mind,
Body and spirit.
You do not have to know exactly how healing will happen.
You only need to keep making room for it.
I invite you to begin to deepen your breath if that feels comfortable.
Slow in the air.
And a longer exhale.
Feeling the support beneath you.
Feeling the space around you.
I invite you to begin to add slow gentle movement into your body.
Gently wiggling your fingers and toes.
Perhaps gentle stretches.
When you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes if they've been closed.
I invite you to carry this reminder with you.
Healing does not always look dramatic.
Sometimes it is a quiet breath.
A moment of rest.
A kind eye.
A willingness to begin again.
Even quiet healing counts.
Trust what is unfolding.
Thank you for being here.
