Welcome to this guided meditation inspired by the timeless rhythm of the ocean's tide.
Here to foster healing,
Growth,
And deep renewal.
I invite you to find a comfortable supported position.
Either seated or lying down.
Whatever feels most comfortable.
Allowing your body to relax into what supports you.
Settling in.
Feeling the supports beneath you.
Gently allowing your eyes to close or soften your gaze.
Inviting your awareness inward.
Letting go.
Releasing I invite you to notice your breath just as it is.
Blowing in and out.
Inhale and exhale.
Observing without judgment.
Is feeling that natural ebb and flow of your body's rhythm.
Rising and falling of each inhale and exhale,
Anchoring you,
Bringing you home.
Imagine each inhale.
As a fresh wave of possibility.
And each exhale.
As a release of what you do not need.
Inhaling possibility.
Exhaling and letting go.
Letting go of what no longer served you.
If it feels comfortable,
I invite you to place a hand on your heart or belly.
Let the ocean's rhythm remind you that you are held,
Supported,
Gently refreshed.
Feeling the rise and fall of your belly.
Like that of the ocean's ebb and flow.
Natural.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Picturing that ocean,
The ebb and flow.
The coming and going of the tide.
Waves come in,
Waves go out.
On your next inhale,
I invite you to repeat the following words silently or out loud.
With each breath in,
I welcome possibilities.
With each breath out.
I release and renew.
Again,
As you inhale,
I welcome possibilities.
And as you exhale,
I release and renew.
One more time as you inhale.
I welcome possibilities.
And as you exhale,
I release and renew.
Allowing the words to wash over you,
Resting in your breath.
That ebb and flow of your breath.
The inhaling of possibilities.
The exhaling,
Releasing what no longer serves you.
Renewing.
Well,
He.

When ready,
I invite you to bring your attention back to your body and breath.
Noticing the supports beneath you.
And the gentle air surrounding you.
While we bringing yourself back.
Beginning to invite small movements back into your body.
Wiggling your fingers.
Toes.
Perhaps inviting gentle stretches.
And when you feel ready,
Gently opening your eyes or lifting your gaze.
I invite you to carry with you this sense of the ocean's vastness and calm,
A place of healing that you can return to anytime.
Thank you.
