Journey into inner vision,
A meditation for the third eye chakra,
With Angelica Janic.
Welcome to this chakra meditation.
The third eye typically focuses on the energy center located in the center of the forehead,
Which is associated with intuition,
Spiritual insight,
And the ability to perceive beyond the physical realm.
We will be going through visualization techniques,
Breathing techniques,
And affirmations,
So ensure you can hold a comfortable seated with a tall spine.
Prepare by finding as many props,
Pillows,
Or blankets that you may need,
And when you're ready,
Find a comfortable seated position,
Resting your hands gently on your lap,
Palms facing down.
Allow your body to relax,
Feeling the weight of your body sink into the chair or cushion beneath you,
Closing your eyes,
And take a deep breath in through your nose,
And then slowly release the breath through your mouth,
Allowing yourself to release any tension or stress from your body.
Begin to bring your awareness to the center of your forehead,
Between your eyebrows,
Imagine a bright indigo light glowing at this point,
Slowly expanding and brightening with each breath,
Visualizing this light as a bright,
Sparkling beam of energy.
As you maintain focus on this area,
Imagine the light penetrating your forehead,
Opening your third eye chakra,
And allowing you to connect with your intuition and inner guidance.
Taking a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Imagine the light expanding and filling your entire head with its energy.
Feeling this light bring clarity,
Focus,
And a sense of heightened awareness.
Visualizing the indigo light continuing to grow,
Filling your entire body with its powerful energy.
As this light grows,
Allow yourself to feel a sense of connection to your higher self and the universe around you.
Taking a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to feel a sense of peace and calm.
Imagine a gold cord from the base of the spine,
Rooting down to the core of the earth.
This cord travels up your spinal cord,
Coming out the top of the head and reaching up toward the sky.
Finding length in your spine,
Softening the muscles around the cord,
Keeping the heart center open as you continue to breathe slowly and freely.
We will be going through five affirmations,
Repeating them three times,
With time in between to allow them to be absorbed in the body.
Repeating these affirmations in your mind's eye.

Allow this to resonate with you.
Inhale through the nose and exhale out of the mouth.

Continue to breathe this in.
Breathing in through the nose,
Exhaling out of the mouth.
I am able to see things clearly and with clarity.

Visualizing the indigo light between your brows.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose and out of your mouth.
We have two more affirmations.
I am connected to my higher self and the universe around me.

Allow this to settle in the core of your being.
Inhale through the nose,
Exhaling out of the mouth.
Our final affirmation.

Feeling the truth and power behind each statement.
Expel all of your breath from the body now.
Inhale for five,
Four,
Three,
Two.
Hold your breath as long as you can without bringing any strain in your body.
When you are ready to exhale,
Try to exhale for five counts.
Doing that once more,
Inhale for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
Hold your breath.
Feeling the energy of the indigo light fill your body and connect you to your intuition and inner wisdom when you are ready to exhale for five.
Remember,
The third eye chakra is all about connecting to your intuition and inner wisdom.
Practicing this meditation regularly can help you cultivate a stronger sense of inner knowing and trust in your ability to navigate your life with clarity and purpose.

Taking a few more mindful deep breaths in and out.
When you feel ready,
You may slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your body.
Start by wiggling your fingers and toes ever so slowly.
When you feel the energy course through your body,
Feeling grounded with your body and breath,
Slowly blink the eyes,
Partially open.
Take the chin to the chest,
Lengthening the back of your neck and breathing along the entirety of your spine.
Each inhale as if you are filling a glass of water.
The breath fills from the lower spine all the way up toward your skull.
Every exhale,
Allow it to leave the same way.
