I'm so proud of you for taking the time to detach from the material world,
From all your thoughts and worries and connect with yourself and heal.
This is a sound healing and guided meditation to help balance your heart chakra.
Your heart chakra is your fourth energy center located in the chest area.
It is associated with a color green musical note F and the element of air.
This chakra deals with unconditional love,
Emotional power and our ability to give and receive love.
I want you to make sure that you will not be disturbed for the duration of this session.
Now take a seat in a comfortable position with the palms of your hands facing upwards and I want you to start breathing in deeply through your nose and fully exhaling through your mouth.
Breathe in,
Breathe in.
Now bring your breath to its natural rhythm and let's invite your spirit guides and guardian angels to guide you,
Support you and protect you during this meditation.
Ask them to form a circle of protection around you and visualize yourself being surrounded by a circle of white light.
Now I like you to completely relax your tongue and hold your attention on the back of your tongue for a few moments.
Whenever thoughts come into your mind acknowledge them and let them go.
Do not entertain the thoughts.
Every time a thought comes into your mind let it be a reminder for you to return your attention either to your breath or to the sounds that you hear.
You are feeling completely relaxed,
At ease and fully present.
You are in a safe space.
You are protected,
Loved,
Accepted and guided.
Now I want you to visualize having roots growing out of the base of your spine and these roots are going deep down into the earth.
You can feel and hear the soil moving to make space for the roots to go through,
Going deeper and deeper,
Deeper and deeper,
All the way to the center of the earth.
You can only fly as high as your roots are deep.
Through these roots Mother Earth is sending you grounding and healing energy.
See this energy traveling up through the roots and entering your body,
Helping you feel grounded and fully present.
And I want you to send back through these roots your love and your gratitude to Mother Earth.
Now I want you to bring your attention on the area of your heart chakra.
Now I want you to visualize breathing in green light into this area.
And you can see this green light spinning and spinning,
Creating a spiral of green light into this energy center.
And with each exhale you release any negativity and everything that does not serve you anymore from this chakra.
Anything that does not serve you anymore is being exhaled out of your body and sent back into the universe to be transmuted.
With each breath you're bringing in more and more loving and healing energy.
And you're releasing any tension,
Any negativity.
You might feel a tingling or a pulsating sensation in that area while the energy of this chakra is balancing.
Now I want you to have a little conversation with your heart.
Place your hand on your chest and repeat after me.
And I want you to really,
Really mean these words when you're saying them.
I am sorry.

Now we're going to repeat together a few affirmations to help strengthen the energy of this chakra.
Repeat these affirmations after me.
I am open to love.
I forgive myself and others.
I am worthy of the purest love.
I love unconditionally.
I am at peace.
I am kind to myself and others.
I am willing to release all my fears.
I let go of the past.
I listen to my emotions.
The green light in your heart chakra is now expanding.
See it with your inner eye.
Visualize it expanding in your entire body and outside your body.
The green light is completely surrounding you.
Next,
I'm going to be chanting a mantra related to this chakra.
I'd like you to chant it with me.
Don't worry at all about how your voice might sound.
Just focus on the area of your heart.
Take a deep breath in.
And on the exhale,

And pay attention to any sensations that you might be feeling in your body.
Just observe.

Just observe and allow yourself to feel.
