This is a meditation for finding and releasing storylines.

As we sit in quiet reflection,

Begin to deepen your breath and relax.

Know that you're safe.

Find comfort.

You are your own best friend and you are here.

Settle your body and your mind until it's smooth like glass.

The winds of the sand blustering in your mind begin to settle.

The ocean grass is on the dunes still.

The pebble inside you,

The center of your core being.

You can sense this pebble in the middle of your abdomen.

Your head feels heavy,

Yet free.

The limbs still and happy.

Every appendage is content to be just where it is as it is.

Begin to sense your center again and ask it,

Where have I been?

Allow whatever comes to you to be your truth.

Your first mind,

Listen to it without judgment,

Without needing to know more.

Let it rest.

If you feel like nothing is coming to you,

It might be coming to you in abstract terms,

Not in words.

This may not be an easily definable timeline,

But instead a flow of colors,

Emotions,

Abstract concepts,

And undefinable senses.

We are here to collect them all,

As they're all a part of you and where you've been.

Gather this collection in your hands.

What do you see?

Can you hold it in your hands or is it overflowing?

Is it a lot or is it a little?

What does it feel like?

What would you like to do with it?

Just hold it,

Cherish it,

Know that it is 100% yours.

No one can take it from you and no one feels any kind of way about it.

It is simply yours.

Feel love emanating from within it.

Feel yourself loving yourself.

This complex answer simplified into the palm of your hands and it's all okay.

It's all right here.

It's all yours.

It's all protected and safe.

Now what will you do with it?

What will you do with this collection?

You may want to create something of it,

Create something new.

You may want to just keep it,

Keep it safe.

If you want to keep it,

Find a container that you'd like to put it into.

It can be anything as long as it closes and feels safe.

Put your collection in your container and close it,

Knowing it's safe.

If you want to create something,

Begin building or put it somewhere safe until you know that you have the time and space to build with it.

You may want to wash it all away and start new.

You can release this collection,

Throw it into the water in front of you,

Allow it to sink and settle back into the world from which it came,

To be recycled into something new,

Something better,

Something different,

No longer yours.

And breathe in and breathe out deeply a few more times to know that it is fully released from you and you are free to start your new collection.

Mindfully,

What do you want this next collection to look like?

Will it be big?

Small?

How will it feel?

Where will you keep it?

How will you share it?

Put your hand on your heart.

Feel the beat of your heart connected to this image and this experience here.

Know that your story is safe wherever you've left it and you are safe here and now and you are safe to go forward into the future with or without your collection.

This collection is not all of you.

It is only a collection that is yours but not you.

You are here.

You are constant.

Find that pebble in your center again,

In your body.

Feel the weight of your body on whatever surface it's pressing against.

Come back into your body.

Welcome yourself home.

Get comfortable again.

Hold yourself in your own skin and enjoy whatever collection you are embarking upon next.

Namaste.
