And laying down on the floor and closing down your eyes and allowing yourself to come into stillness,
Into presence and letting go of your day,
Allowing your thoughts to melt from your mind down into the earth and just coming into complete presence and giving yourself this freedom and pleasure in connecting with yourself and with your body and connecting in with your breath and feeling the effortless flow of breath in and out and feeling your body expanding on the inhale and contracting and letting go on the exhale and allow your breath to be free and unrestricted and allow the pull of gravity to sink you even deeper with every exhale,
Letting go of tension,
Letting go of constriction and letting go of tightness and holding,
Allowing your breath to flow through your entire body,
Nourishing every cell,
Every organ and feel the connection between the back of your body and the earth beneath you and feel the connection between your spine and the earth and feel how the earth comes up to meet you and feel how she comes up to hold and support your entire body.
Just the way it is in this moment and feel as though the earth wraps her arms around your body giving you her most warm and loving hug as she whispers to you that you are safe.
And you are held and you are loved in your wholeness and there is nothing that you need to do and nowhere you need to be in this moment.
And allow yourself to be held,
To be nurtured and allow your body to melt a little deeper into her and bringing your awareness to your own body.
Awareness to the surface of your skin,
The first layer where your physical body begins and notice where your attention wants to go.
Perhaps it's a specific part of your body and feel into the sensations on your skin,
Perhaps the feeling of your clothing against your skin or the feeling of air.
And just noticing without judgment and allowing your awareness to guide you and do you notice a tingling or a buzzing,
Perhaps a softness?
Or maybe numbness and just keep noticing.
Just becoming aware of this first layer of your physical body,
This layer that protects and contains your entire physical body.
And now travel one layer deeper into your muscles and noticing where your attention goes,
Perhaps to your legs or your arms or somewhere else.
Just notice and become aware and allow the intelligence of your body to guide you.
And how do your muscles feel today?
Is there any tension or holding?
And see if you can allow your muscles to melt a little more with each exhale,
Knowing that you are held by the earth and you are safe to let go and surrender.
And allow the muscles in your face to melt away,
The space between the eyebrows,
Your jaw,
Allow it all to release,
To melt away.
Allowing energy to flow through your entire body effortlessly.
And now bring your attention one layer deeper to your bones,
The foundation of your physical body,
Your beautiful bones that hold your entire body and allow you to move in all directions.
And how do your bones feel today?
Is there a heaviness or a lightness?
Can you feel your bones?
And with your next exhale,
Allow your bones to become lighter,
More limber,
Allowing them to be free and light as they can be.
And allow your entire body to be free and allowing in light and joy and a sense of ease in every movement.
And now bring your attention to your heart space,
This vibrant,
Energising,
Fiery,
Loving and compassionate centre of your body,
Your beautiful heart that is sustaining all of you and giving you life.
And how does your heart feel today?
Is there a heaviness or a lovingness or something else?
And become aware without judgement and imagine a vibrant red light pouring into your heart and dissolving any anger,
Any tension,
Anything that doesn't serve you.
Allowing your heart to flourish with love,
With a radiant vibration spreading all throughout your body and bringing a little smile to your face and channelling this smiling energy to your heart.
Thanking it for all that it does to keep you alive and thriving.
And now bring your attention to your womb,
This deeply feminine,
Creating,
Life-giving space in your body,
Your beautiful,
Vibrant womb.
And how does your womb feel today?
Is there tension or stress?
Is there disconnection and numbness?
Our wombs are incredibly receptive and with your exhale start to release any stagnation or toxicity from your womb,
Releasing it down into the earth and allowing the earth to absorb this energy.
Recycling what you no longer need.
Exhale,
Release,
Let go and free your womb and clear the space.
And on your inhale imagine a soft pink light filling up your womb and nourishing it with abundance and activating your own inner creative force and allowing your body to glow and vibrate from your womb.
Allowing your womb to guide you and imagine that there is a golden thread connecting your heart to your womb and your heart is pouring even more goodness,
Even more love and compassion into your womb.
Your heart is activating your womb's medicine,
Her power and her beauty and soften and surrender into this energy and know that you are safe and contained.
And feel the activation in your heart,
This spiraling energy travelling to your womb and back again.
And now start to send this vibrant energy through your entire body allowing it to fill up with pleasure,
Lightness,
Joy and creativity and sensuality.
And you are a vibrant soul,
You are radiant and you are free to be as creative as you want to be.
And now bring your awareness to all four layers of your body,
The skin,
The muscles,
The bones and your organs and feel them all at once.
Feel into your wholeness,
Your perfection in the way that you are.
There is nothing that needs to be fixed,
There is nothing that needs to change and you are enough just as you are in your wholeness,
In your messiness,
In your chaos.
And it is all feminine,
It is all beautiful and it all has a place and you do not need to be perfect to be worthy.
And allow yourself a moment to rest in this energy that you have cultivated and bask in it,
Absorb any sensations or messages that wish to come through.
And knowing that you are always loved,
Supported and held by the earth and by all the other women who are on this journey with you.
And when you feel ready,
Begin to bring yourself out of this practice or if you wish to lay and bask in it a little longer,
You can.
And become aware of the space that you are in and gently go about your day or your evening as you please with this new sense of grounding,
Centering and wholeness.
