Hello and welcome to your breath work for remembering who you are.
Connecting back to your power.
You are a powerful being.
And your power is always here.
So today we get to settle in and just really tap into ourselves.
Who we are at our soul and core is always here.
Even if there's a million things going on,
That's okay.
We're just going to have time and space to get back to ourselves and call in your power.
You are so loved.
So.
The breath work we're going to be doing today is called a pulse breath.
Two in through the nose,
Two out through the mouth.
Pulse.
So two in,
Two out.
In through the nose,
Two out through the mouth,
Two.
And I'll remind you when we get into the breath work of that breath pattern.
So go ahead,
Get somewhere comfy,
Laying down,
Sitting up.
Whatever feels good to you today.
Maybe you want to choose a position where you feel powerful yet comfortable.
And going ahead and settling into your space.
And just feeling what it feels like to sit or lay here.
Maybe feeling the inside of the body.
You're heart beating.
Your breath moving naturally.
Your skin touching the surface.
And allowing your body to get heavier in this space and let go a little more.
You are safe to breathe here,
Safe to let go here.
You get to remember.
And connect with who you are always.
It's always here for you.
And you get to tap into your power today.
You get to be filled up.
No judgment.
No right or wrong.
And shaking out anything that is not serving you in this moment as you settle even more.
Knowing.
Every part of you is allowed to be here.
So any thoughts coming in,
Any resistance,
Any relaxation,
Any laughter,
Any joy,
Whatever's coming in right now,
Accept it.
Welcome it.
And it gets to be here too.
Beautiful.
Taking a couple deep breaths.
And when you are ready,
I'm gonna invite you to move into our pulse breath today.
Two in through the nose.
Two out through the mouth.
Maybe you want to fill up your belly,
Your chest.
Out.
What feels good?
Find your own cadence,
Your own rhythm.
What feels like you with the breath?
Letting it circulate throughout the whole body.
Can you feel those inhales down to your toes,
Up to your head?
And exhaling anything you want to today.
Anything that feels like it's not serving you,
That it wants to go,
That it needs to be released,
Or just accepting what is.
That's it.
Let that breath work for you.
That is part of your power.
And now I want you to intentionally send that breath on those inhales to any part of you that's feeling tender,
Tight,
Or might need some just extra attention today that could use some love,
Some power,
Some space.
Just sending the breath there as you continue to breathe.
That's it.
And allowing those exhales to release anything here that wants to be released today,
You have the power to do so.
You are a powerful,
Beautiful being.
Calling in more of that as you continue to breathe,
Continue to surrender.
And be here in this moment with yourself.
Permission to sigh,
Sound,
Permission to move.
Permission to do what your body is calling for in its power.
And wherever you are right now,
I invite you to take a break,
Releasing that breath or inhaling and holding at your next inhale at the top.
Holding the breath.
Or releasing and just relaxing for a moment.
Feeling is powerful.
Constant energy that is here.
You've got this.
Releasing if you're in a hold when the body says.
And wherever you are,
Taking a moment.
And coming back in to that pulse breath.
Letting everything be here whatever you're feeling today great it gets to be here without judgment no one is judging you here you get to safely breathe and be in your power in this space it is your space claim it now as you breathe Beautiful job.
Letting it all be.
All parts of you can be here as your power is called in.
Sticking with this breath just a little while longer.
And I want you to focus on a part of you that feels strong,
Powerful.
Maybe it's the top of your head.
Maybe it's your stomach.
Maybe it's your root chakra.
Maybe it's your feet grounded into the earth.
Concentrate into where you feel the most power right now.
And if you're like,
I don't know,
That is okay.
We are just going to call in your power.
And allowing that powerful encouragement love space to flow through you wherever you're feeling this or if you're just feeling it in general calling it in and letting it flow to all parts of you,
Filling up your whole body.
With your own presence and power and love.
You are safe to do so.
You are celebrated to do so.
And you can do it.
You You are powerful,
Worthy.
Beautiful,
Strong being.
Letting that land with you.

Coming into a bottom hold with the breath,
Releasing and holding at the bottom or just coming back to natural breath.
Allowing the tender.
Strong.
Loving.
Scared.
Any parts of you to be here together.
And coexist.
That is part of your power.
Releasing the hold when your body says.
And wherever you are,
Just breathing naturally.
Resting for a moment.
Soaking in the love and energy from the earth under you.
Cradling you.
Constantly.
Giving you.
Love,
Energy,
Power.
Connection.
Maybe even thanking it,
Thanking yourself.
Thinking or bringing in gratitude for whatever you want right now.
Feeling the space around you holding you.
Gravity,
Air.
Resting in this space as you are connected to Earth.
Maybe your crown chakra feels lit up.
Or just bringing some awareness there.
Letting your own crown rest.
On your head.
Always there giving you energy and love.
Encouragement.
Support.
And now noticing your heart.
Holding space for you,
Breathing for you.
Powerful,
Beautiful,
Strong.
Reminding you of who you are.
And it is never lost.
Sometimes we just forget and we can always remember.
Who we are and connect.
Do it all.
Your body.
Is here for you,
Your heart,
Your soul.
The energy around you,
The earth.
And whatever else you have called in.
You are constantly loved and supported.
And don't ever forget that power that lies within everything holding you.
And yourself.
And you get to call it back in whenever you want.
