Hello,

Sweet soul,

And welcome to your grounding and letting go breathwork meditation.

Welcome.

Go ahead and get comfy sitting up or lying down.

Whatever feels good to you and shake off anything from your day.

Landing right here with a deep breath.

And noticing the safety of the support under you.

Knowing that you are connected to the grass,

The soil,

The earth.

Taking another deep breath.

And letting yourself know that if there's anything that you'd like to hand over to the earth,

Maybe it's not yours.

Maybe you've been carrying a lot.

Then you can hand that over in this moment.

And let it be recycled and transmuted.

And shaking anything out in the body.

You've got this.

Mother Earth is always here supporting you,

Holding you.

And maybe you want to even bring a little smile to your face.

And see if that feels good.

Knowing that the earth can give you energy and love.

And maybe sending a thank you to Mother Earth.

You are here.

And slowly we'll move into our breath work which will be in and out through the nose only.

Snapping the belly.

You'll be doing this for a little over two minutes.

And I'll invite you to move into that breath pattern when you are ready.

In and out.

All parts of you are welcome here as you breathe.

If any thoughts float in,

It is fine.

Just saying hello.

And coming back to breathing in and out through the nose.

No right or wrong.

No judgment.

You've got this circulating that beautiful breath.

Filling up the belly.

Breathing out anything not serving you that you want to let go of.

Maybe naming that as you breathe.

Knowing that you are supported and empowered to let go and to be here.

Just a few more breaths like this.

And finally letting go of that breath pattern.

Keeping the eyes closed and coming back to your unique breath pattern.

Taking in a moment of rest.

A moment of connection.

Reminder that your heart is beating for you.

A moment of self love and gratitude to yourself for showing up.

Beautiful job today.
