So I invite you now to find a quiet space.
Sit or lie down comfortably.
Settling in.
Close your eyes and place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly.
This meditation is for healing your inner child,
The younger version of you that still carries past wounds.
As we go through the Ho'oponopono practice,
Know that your inner child is always with you,
Ready to receive love and healing.
Imagine yourself sitting in a peaceful,
Warm space.
Picture your younger self appearing in front of you.
Notice their age and their expression.
See them with kindness.
Take another deep breath in and as you exhale,
Silently say,
I see you.
I feel you.
I love you.
Now repeating the four Ho'oponopono phrases for your inner child healing.
I'm sorry for any pain you've carried alone.
I'm sorry for not always listening to your needs.
Please forgive me.
Please forgive me for ignoring you when you needed love.
Please forgive me for any harsh words or beliefs that I took on.
Thank you.
Thank you for being strong even when it was hard.
Thank you for guiding me back to love.
I love you exactly as you are.
