This track is another exercise you can practice daily to drop your old beliefs that may be holding you back. If you've done my letting go of old beliefs burning ritual and you need a little bit more, this short track will give you a couple questions you can ask yourself to reframe your old beliefs.

Hello,

My friends,

And thank you so much for joining me today on Insight Timer to transform your limiting beliefs into empowering truths.

We all have moments where we can lose faith in ourselves,

Or we can develop beliefs that hold us back from what we were truly born to be.

But we all have a purpose.

We all have a beautiful reason that we were put on this earth.

And now is the perfect time to take a moment for yourself.

If you are struggling to find self-empowerment in this season of life,

It's okay.

Take this moment to remind yourself how capable you really are.

I can see the light in you,

Even in the dark times.

And if you did my Releasing Old Beliefs Burning Ritual,

We talked a bit about how some of these beliefs may have manifested,

And I encouraged you to dive a bit deeper into yourself honestly and without judgment to become more aware of what they are and where they came from.

But I wanted to offer you a bit more with this track.

So let's begin transforming your limiting beliefs into empowering truths.

You're going to be writing down any limiting beliefs or thoughts that you've been holding on to.

And after you write all these down,

You're going to be asking yourself three questions.

So you will need a pen and paper for this exercise.

An example of a limiting belief could be,

I am not good enough to succeed,

Or I am always overwhelmed.

So you can write down all of these three questions to ask yourself,

Or you can continue to pause this track.

So here are the questions to sit with to reframe each limiting belief.

The first question is,

What is the evidence that contradicts this belief?

The second question,

What would I tell a friend who thought this about themselves?

And the third question,

How can I reframe this belief to empower myself?

I'll give you a short example of what this should sound or look like.

If your limiting belief is I am not good enough to succeed,

Some evidence against that may be that you've achieved many things before in your life,

And you can eat and you continue to grow and learn.

And reframing your belief of not being enough to succeed could sound something like,

I am capable of success,

And I trust myself to learn from every experience.

I really hope you guys enjoyed the time you took to write this down,

And really dive into yourself a little bit deeper,

And showing up for yourself,

And changing your thoughts,

And changing your beliefs,

And really believing that you are so much more than you think you are.
