This meditation is called Even If.
Even if things fall apart,
Even if your heart is broken,
Even if it feels like it is hopeless,
Whether you feel like you are too far gone and you are lost in the world and there is darkness all around you and it feels like the only thing you can do is stop,
Wait,
Pause,
Freeze,
Even in these moments,
Even in these trials,
Even in the fear of the moment of insecurities and doubts,
Even when it feels like there is no way,
There is no way you can come out of this,
Guess what my gorgeous one,
Guess what my darling,
You are magnificent,
You my love,
You are chosen,
You are stamped with the seal of approval,
You are worthy,
You are part of the royalty that is humanity,
That is stardust,
That is consciousness and right now there is hope my darling and you my love,
You are not alone.
If you need a light,
If you need love,
If you need reassurance,
If you need peace,
If you need a helping hand,
If you need arms to gently hold you,
If you need a friend to sit beside you,
If you need a warm hug on your body,
If you need a gentle kiss on your face,
If you need words of encouragement and affirmations,
If you need a smile my love,
Today these are all yours,
You are the light today and I come alongside of you in oneness,
I come alongside of you in love and I combine my light with yours and now you have the power,
You have the energy and you have me beside you.
Basically,
I'm just walking alongside of you because guess what,
You already have everything that you need inside of you.
You were born with magic my love,
It radiates deep inside of you,
Find it,
See it and let it just burst out of the seams,
Let it burst out of the pores of your skin,
Let it burst out of your head and your face and your arms and your legs and your belly and your heart and your lungs and your throat and your mouth and your teeth and through your nostrils my love and through your eyes and through your ears and all of your senses,
May they all get flooded and may that light fill you up with goodness,
May it fill you up with grace and perseverance,
May it fill you up with encouragement and remember,
Remember that you have the light that you need,
May your steps be guided,
May the universal light,
The light of spirit,
The light of source,
May it brighten your path,
May you be surrounded in peace,
May you know exactly what to do on this journey that you're about to embark on and whatever the journey is,
You have the light inside of you.
