As your nervous system begins to downshift, the guidance gently recedes, allowing soothing music to carry you the rest of the way into rest. This design supports the body’s natural sleep process, guiding you just enough to settle, then giving you space to drift without continued verbal stimulation. Best experienced lying in bed with lights low or off, allowing the music to gently hold you as sleep arrives.
