Deep meditation music for consciousness, anxiety and nervous system healing. A Tibetan drone that begins in form and slowly dissolves — like the mind releasing its grip on everything it was holding. This piece was inspired by the Buddhist concept of sunyata - the dissolution of fixed self into open awareness. Not emptiness as absence. Emptiness as infinite possibility. The sound begins grounded and warm. Then slowly, almost imperceptibly, it opens. Expands. The edges of the self become less certain. Use for deep meditation, consciousness exploration, anxiety relief, breathwork, or the specific practice of letting go of who you think you are. Some music asks you to listen. This asks you to dissolve.
