Hello,
This is Donna.
I'm going to take you through a guided meditation inside.
Breathing in surrender.
Firstly breathing deeply into your belly,
Your gut brain.
Taking three breaths in your own time.
Connecting to the gut brain and back up to your heart.
I surrender all that is.
I surrender to the joy and the peace that lie within my wise soul.
I surrender to the love that I am.
I surrender to not knowing.
I surrender it all to the grace that I am.
I surrender to being my unique self.
I am love.
I am joy.
I am kindness.
I am funny.
I am creative.
I am the I am of all there is.
Taking a deep breath in.
Just connecting to your breath.
This is our salvation.
In these times we're experiencing all of us are one.
We are aspects of each other.
Never forget this.
We are aspects of each other.
All is divinely playing out well in order,
In love,
In grace.
When we surrender to our breath,
We surrender to our knowingness.
When we find the still point of all that is.
And in this still point there is knowingness and love and joy and who you really are.
Take a breath.
Let every cell drink in this knowingness.
Let it re-remember who you are.
Give the cells permission to drink this nectar of knowledge in to soothe the outside.
Frayed parts of the nerves and the cells.
Coating it with this divine nectar.
Taking a breath in and softening from head to toe.
And you may feel the words seeping into your being.
The I am just floating by all that is.
I am love.
I am creation.
I am truth.
In surrendering I am open to all that is.
All possibilities are who I am.
Any conflict that you are having in your life.
I invite you to stand in circle with those other beings,
Those souls.
Without blame or judgement.
Take their hands or their hand.
It may be many.
It may be just one.
Standing in circle,
Hand in hand.
And I invite you to shine the love light out from your heart to their heart.
See that beautiful,
Beautiful golden,
Pink,
Green,
Doesn't matter.
Just see that light.
Merging,
Emanating from heart to heart,
Hand to hand.
Transmuting all of our fears and doubts knowing we are one.
One heart beating love in this planet.
