Welcome to this short meditation.
My name is Amy Lee and I will guide you through this relaxing time you've taken for yourself.
First of all make yourself comfortable and make sure you are warm and not distracted by phones or people or anything of the sort.
Start by taking a deep breath through your nose and slowly breathing out through your mouth.
The second time you do this I invite you to imagine a white light entering your nose while you slowly breathe out.
Let go of all negativity and all that doesn't serve you.
Repeat this two more times.
Feel the breath in through your nose out through your mouth.
Now let your normal rhythm come back.
Let your breath be your anchor and every time your mind drifts off.
Focus on your breath and don't force it.
Focus on the simple in and out.
The simple lovely refreshing breath in and out.
Feel the surface beneath you and supporting you at this moment.
Let every part of your body sink into it.
Start from the top of your head from your scalp.
Your scalp relaxes.
Your face,
Your jaw,
Everything softens.
Your whole face is now relaxed.
Your neck and shoulders loosen.
Imagine someone lightly massaging them and relaxing energy flowing down through your body from your scalp down through your arms,
Your back,
Your sides,
Your front chest and your stomach relaxes.
Feel the breath going in and out while your stomach goes up and down.
Going in and out while your stomach goes up and down.
Unclench your jaw.
Your whole face is now relaxed.
Your neck,
Your shoulders loosen up.
Imagine someone slightly massaging them,
Relaxing energy flowing down from the scalp down through your arms,
Your back,
Your sides,
Your front,
Your chest and your whole stomach relaxes.
Feel the breath in and out how your stomach goes up and down while you slowly breathe.
Focus on nice fresh cleansing breath as your stomach rises and falls.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and release all the tension throughout your whole body.
Your stomach is now relaxed.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and release all the tension throughout your whole body.
Now the bottom parts of your body,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Knees,
Calves and feet start relaxing.
Every toe on your foot is now relaxed.
Your whole body is sinking into a white fluffy cloud which is floating in a beautiful blue sky.
You feel the warmth of the sunlight kissing your skin.
Take a nice refreshing deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Release all of that tension and let yourself float on this cloud,
Warm,
Soft,
Nice and light.
If your mind wanders,
Let your breath be an anchor and focus on the in and out.
As we come to the end of our meditation I'd like you to take one last deep breath in and one out through your mouth.
Listen to the noises you hear around you.
What can you hear?
What does the temperature feel like?
Is it windy?
Is it warm?
Is it cold?
Is it quiet?
Become aware of the stillness within you and all around.
Slowly bring yourself back into the space where you are.
Feel the space and the surface beneath your body.
Slowly bring your awareness back and move your toes and the tips of your fingers and slowly open your eyes.
Enjoy the rest of your day and you can visit this tranquil place anytime.
