So the next 20 minutes or so I'd like to show you how you can use your imagination to look for some very special qualities.

You're going to look for these qualities in a state of deep relaxation.

Just allow yourself 20 minutes now,

Make sure that you're in a place where you're not going to be disturbed.

And above all,

Do not listen to this while you're driving or operating any machinery.

Now I'm imagining that you found yourself somewhere where you can really relax.

You can lie down if you want to or find a nice comfortable chair.

But this is a chance for you to begin to relax and to enjoy this,

Enjoy this time for yourself.

And you should know there is nothing that you have to do now.

You don't have to do or say anything for a while now.

But to help you to relax more deeply,

Perhaps you could just close your eyes and notice how your feet are feeling.

Wonder which of your feet is the most relaxed already.

Feel your feet on the floor.

Keep them relaxed and allow that feeling of relaxation to move up the muscles of your legs all the way up to your shoulders,

Down to your fingers,

Your hands and your arms.

And you might even notice now that the muscles in your face can begin to relax.

Take a moment to notice your breathing.

Notice the rhythm of your breathing and just relax your breathing.

That's it.

And with every breath you breathe out now,

Just allow yourself to relax a little deeper.

That's it.

You're relaxed.

Everyone's really different.

But as you relax now,

Perhaps you may begin to feel maybe a sort of heaviness in your limbs.

Perhaps your arms and legs feel heavy.

Or maybe they feel light or warmer as they relax.

Or maybe your limbs feel cooler.

Some people say they can feel a sort of tingling in their fingertips.

And other people feel like they just don't want to move at all.

It's so good to relax like this.

And I'd just like you to enjoy now thinking about a special place somewhere.

A beautiful place that you like to go in your mind's eye.

It could be anywhere.

A beautiful garden,

Somewhere in nature,

A beach.

Wherever it is,

It's the perfect place for you to really get away from it all and wind down.

Just imagine that place right now.

I'm sure you can think of such a beautiful place.

And I'd really like you just to listen now as I count from one to twenty.

With every number I count,

Allow yourself to relax a little deeper.

And in your mind's eye as I count,

Take a stroll down a path to that special beautiful place that you're imagining.

One,

You're feeling deep,

Deep and relaxed.

Two,

You're feeling more and more comfortable.

Three,

And with every breath you breathe out.

Four,

Just allow yourself to relax just a little bit more.

Five,

And as you walk down that path,

Perhaps you can hear some sounds around you.

Maybe there are some birds singing.

Six,

Or maybe you can feel the ground beneath your feet.

Maybe you can hear waves gently breaking on the shore.

Eight,

Maybe it's the colours that attract you.

Perhaps you can smell nine,

Or maybe you can smell a thousand flowers.

Or maybe you can smell nine,

The perfume of herbs,

The smell of the sea,

The smell of the sea.

Ten,

We're halfway there.

And every sound,

Eleven,

And thought,

Twelve,

Thirteen,

Or feeling.

Thirteen,

Can take you more deeply absorbed,

And be more and more relaxed.

Fifteen,

Maybe the sun's shining and you can feel the warmth.

Seventeen,

On your skin,

It's warming you.

That's it.

Eighteen,

Nineteen,

Twenty,

Twenty,

Twenty,

Twenty,

Twenty.

And there you are,

You're in this beautiful place.

I'd like you to spend some time now,

Just thinking about what it is that makes things unique for you.

It could be your business,

It could be something in your team,

Or something in your situation.

Just think about what do I really want to do in my business,

Or with my team.

And as you do this,

You keep really focused on the future.

Don't fixate solely on what you've achieved or what's happened,

But really emphasize the promise of what you could do tomorrow.

It's useful to think about it like this.

What do you want to achieve for your customers?

Think about the purpose.

What do you want to do that's different from everybody else?

What's your dream for your customer?

What do you want for them?

You may want to imagine that you are a king or a queen surveying your kingdom.

What would you like all these people in the kingdom to have?

Try and choose one thing and ask yourself,

Can I do this?

How would I do this?

In this way,

You're not just trying to find that uniqueness,

You're actually creating it.

And maybe at the end of this session,

You'll find you'll remember it and want to write it down.

In terms of actually getting this done,

You may want to ask yourself another question.

You could ask yourself,

How can I move these customers with this uniqueness?

Think about five reasons.

Yes,

Five reasons why the answer is yes.

Yes,

I can.

I can move them.

There are many reasons why you may look for your uniqueness.

What is a special thing that you bring?

There are many reasons why it can be hidden.

But know now that you have this uniqueness within you.

And it's just a matter of thinking it through to bring it out.

So just enjoy this date a little longer.

And in a moment,

I'm going to count you back from 20 to one.

When I get to one,

You'll be able to open your eyes and be relaxed and alert.
