Transcript

Rabbi Pinchas taught that our ancestor Jacob did not flee,

But rather he trekked with trust.

Rabbi Aharon of Carlin taught,

We must pray that we find the particular place intended just for us.

We have to set ourselves apart in some place that can be ours alone.

Trust your eyes,

Relaxing body and breath.

Connect deeply with the breath,

Saying to yourself,

I am here with each inhalation,

And let go in trust with each exhalation.

Wherever you are,

Allow this space and time to be yours alone,

Connecting you to your soul root,

The divine source of your soul,

So that you may set out on each day's journey with trust.
