This was my first time searching for yoga music on insight. This playlist is very meditative but still upbeat and flowed nicely with the mix of Hatha/standing asanas & Vinyasa I enjoy; 3.5-4 minutes of slowing at the end easing into a surrendered Savasana. I’ll be using this many times to come, thank you for sharing it with the community!
