Find a comfortable spot near the stream,
Perhaps on a moss-covered rock or a grassy patch nearby.
Feel the coolness of the air as you settle down.
Let your body relax into the support beneath you.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Release any tension or worries that you may be carrying.
Allow your body and mind to fully let go and be present in this peaceful space.

Focus your attention on the sound of the water.
Listen to the gentle babbling of the stream as it weaves its way through the rocks.
Each sound is unique,

As you listen to the stream,
Imagine yourself merging with its flow.
