I appreciate the music and the sounds of this recording. I was surprised that I was able to let go and follow my breath, scan my body for any tension and then release the tension all while the music deepened my ability to breathe and relax. I feel so grateful to be alive today. I am grateful.

I decided to do this meditation after my morning swim. It was perfect for drawing me in. The water sounds and the subtle sounds of swimmers in the background blended so beautifully. 20 minutes is just what I need post swim. Love it. It's an instant favorite and is bookmarked now.
