As an Empath, is it a top priority to tend to our energy each and every day? I have created this beautiful mediation to end your day by clearing your energy and relaxing into your body for deep and restful sleep. It sets the intention to set up energy boundaries while you sleep and leaves you feeling peaceful and ready to let go.

Welcome to your evening meditation of relaxation and letting go,

Clearing all of the energy from the day and giving yourself space to just let go and sleep soundly.

Relaxing back now and letting go of all of the thoughts,

All of the worries,

Just feeling them dissipate and giving them permission to be somewhere else for just a little while.

You can always pick them up at another time but this is your time to just let go.

Bringing your mind now to your feet,

Focusing on all the muscles around your toes,

The heels,

The middle of your feet,

Thinking about your ankles and thinking about your calves as you just feel all of those muscles melt around the bones.

Just letting go.

Relaxing now.

As you feel all of the muscles in your feet,

All of the muscles in your ankles and all of the muscles in your calves just release.

That whole lower leg has just let go.

Thinking about your thigh muscles now and your knees,

Bringing your attention and your awareness there.

Your hips,

If you need to move them slightly just to feel them release a little further,

Do so.

But really thinking about all those muscles in your thighs,

In your hips and your knees.

Just letting go.

Any tension that you are carrying in your legs,

All of those thighs,

Your hips,

Your knees,

Your buttocks,

Just feeling them let go.

As you feel that gentle breeze of relaxation move up your body now and move into your torso.

You focus on the muscles in your stomach and anywhere you are holding on.

You think about the muscles in your back,

Your shoulders,

Your chest and you just feel your torso melting into the bed below.

Feeling them just let go.

Giving yourself this space.

As you notice all the muscles in your stomach melt let go.

All the muscles in your back relax.

Your shoulders just drop down,

Your chest.

Feeling the ribs come down now and just let go.

Your entire torso feels so relaxed.

Feeling your neck and your arms,

Your jaw just feeling really heavy now and letting go.

All of your fingers,

Your forearms,

Your upper arms,

Your neck and your jaw just let go.

The tension that you are carrying you feel just slowly melting away.

As you feel your jaw,

Your neck and your arms just let go.

You think about the muscles in your face now.

All of the muscles around your eyes,

All of the muscles around your cheeks,

Your mouth,

Your ears,

Your scalp,

Your forehead.

Just noticing any tension and allowing yourself if it feels right to just let go.

Feeling your whole head melt back now.

As you set the intention to just relax and release.

You feel your entire head just let go.

Feeling so relaxed now.

Feeling just gently now about three things in your life that you are grateful for.

Three things that bring you joy and happiness to your heart.

Bringing them to your mind and your body now.

Just three things that come to mind.

Feeling them in your heart,

Feeling them in your body,

Feeling them in every part of your being.

Those three beautiful things in your world.

Feeling your heart expand the very thought of those three things.

Keeping them in your heart now.

Just letting the intention to release any of the energy that you have gathered from the day,

The weeks before,

The months,

The years,

Any time in your life that you have gathered this excess energy.

Setting the intention now to release that.

And seeing in your mind's eye all of that old energy pouring out of your feet.

Maybe you see a big gush of wave coming over your entire energy field and just clearing you out.

Taking all that energy that you no longer need and washing it down into the earth.

And you can almost feel that water trickling across your skin,

Along your cheeks,

Your arms,

Washing away all of the energy.

Taking it into the earth and back to the light.

All of the old.

Seeing it just dissipate and feeling lighter,

More free.

All of that old energy just dissipates.

Once your entire energy field is clear and you are left just with your own energy,

Bring yourself back to that gratitude,

That feeling in your heart.

Feeling that warmth,

Feeling that love and with a loving intention set up some boundaries around your house,

The bed that you sleep.

Perhaps a pyramid of light around your house and a pyramid of light around your bed.

And a pyramid of light around you and your energy field and any of your loved ones.

In this boundary you will set the intention to stay with yourself in your own parameters as you sleep that your body will receive the rest and the replenishing energy that it needs through the night by staying just with you and that this is your space,

Yours and your family alone and so nothing may enter while you sleep.

This is your space,

Your boundaries.

So seeing those beautiful pyramids of light go up all around your spaces.

Still feeling that gratitude in your heart and coming back to your body now and knowing that you are safe inside all of this beautiful energy that you have created.

Coming back to your body,

Acknowledging it,

Your feet,

Your ankles,

Your calves,

Your knees,

Thighs,

Your hips.

Chest,

Neck,

Arms and head.

Gratitude for your body and for the voyage it has taken you on this day and for your life really.

So much gratitude to every single part of you.

Feeling that love and knowing that you are now ready to go off into a deep sleep,

A rest that you will recharge while you sleep in your body,

In your bed.
