Hi,

My name is Jara.

I know that more and more people are choosing to set intentions for what they would like to achieve over the next 12 months.

Resolutions,

Intentions,

Goals,

Whatever you want to call them,

Are absolutely achievable.

The only thing that you have to do is take consistent action towards them.

Whatever it is that you want to achieve in the next couple of months should become your primary focus.

Remember that even your wildest dreams can become reality.

Are you ready to start flowing with the universe instead of against it?

Let's start.

Start by sitting in a comfortable upright position.

Hands turned towards the ceiling.

You can even put them in a mutra if it feels right.

Gently close your eyes.

Begin to breathe in slowly and deeply through your nose.

And exhale through your mouth.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Cooler in on the inhale.

Warmer out on the exhale.

Inhale.

Notice how the breath expands your chest and belly.

Exhale.

Feel the sensation of relief.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Slowly start to bring your awareness into the area of life you would like to transform the most.

Right now,

I want you to think about your life.

Think about your family.

See them.

Feel them.

Think about your friends.

In your mind,

See your friends.

Think about your job.

See yourself working.

When you see all these things in your mind about your current life,

How do they make you feel?

Take a moment and try to imagine.

Now think about a goal you want to accomplish in the next year of your life.

It could be a relationship goal,

An educational goal,

A personal goal or a work-related goal.

Think about why this goal is so important to you.

How will achieving this goal add value to your life?

Think about it and see your goal as a vision in your mind.

Now I want you to imagine yourself going forward into the future.

One week,

Two weeks,

Three weeks,

Go forward into the future.

It is now one month in the future.

You have started on the road to success.

What decisions have you made?

What actions have you taken?

How does it feel to be on the road to success?

Continue going forward.

It is now six months in the future.

You are much,

Much closer to your goal.

You are starting to feel the benefits of all of your effort.

How does it feel to be closer to your goal?

What emotions are you feeling?

I want you to continue going forward.

It is now one year in the future.

You have fully accomplished your goal.

You have achieved success.

Visualize yourself inside a picture or a movie in your mind where you are feeling inspired and empowered because of the momentum you have gained and the progress you are making.

As you look around,

Notice how your life has changed as a result of achieving your goal.

As it all merges together,

You realize that you are now living your highest vision of your life.

Now step out of the picture or movie in your mind and imagine you are holding it in your hands.

You no longer see yourself inside a picture or a movie.

You are looking in on it.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.

Another deep breath in and exhale the breath out of your mouth sending it straight into the image of you living in your highest vision.

Imagine that you float up above where you are now,

Taking the picture of your highest vision with you.

Float out into your future and let it go.

Watch your picture float right down into your future based timeline.

Trust that it will land exactly where it is meant to land.

Notice how all the events between then and now re-evaluate themselves to support you in bringing your goals and visions to fruition.

Float back down into now.

Spend a few moments following your breath in and out.

And in and out.

Another breath in and exhale out.

Settling back into your body,

Back into this moment,

Back into this time.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes and sit quietly for a few more minutes reviewing your vision,

Goals and any action steps you feel like you need to take.
