Welcome.

Find a comfortable,

Quiet space where you can fully relax.

Take a moment to settle in,

Letting your body soften and your breath deepen naturally.

Close your eyes,

If that feels comfortable,

And allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.

Take a few slow,

Deep breaths.

Inhale deeply,

Feeling your belly expand,

And then exhale slowly,

Letting go of any tension or thoughts.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more present,

More grounded.

Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine,

Connecting to the earth below.

These roots bring stability and grounding,

Holding you gently in place,

Feeling supported by the earth,

Knowing that you are safe,

Connected,

And held.

Now bring to the mind your recent plant medicine experience.

Notice any emotions,

Sensations,

Or memories that arise.

There's no need to analyze or interpret.

Simply observe what comes up with a sense of curiosity and openness.

As each thought or feeling emerges,

Allow it to pass like clouds moving across the sky.

Trust that each insight,

Each experience,

Has its place,

Its purpose.

Gently observe what's here for you.

Shift your focus now to your heart center.

Place your hand over your heart,

If you like.

Breathe into this space,

Letting each inhale bring warmth,

Compassion,

And love.

Invite any insights or realizations from your experience to settle here in your heart.

This is a place of deep wisdom,

A place that knows and understands without words.

As you breathe,

Allow any insights to integrate deeply,

Gently,

Like seeds planted in fertile soil.

Notice that they will grow in their own time,

In their own way.

Take a moment to affirm your intention,

To integrate your experience.

Silently,

Or out loud,

Repeat these affirmations to yourself.

I trust the insights and lessons from my experience.

I am open to growth,

Healing,

And transformation.
