Allow yourself to come into a deep flow of breath,
Focusing on your inhale and your exhale and allowing yourself to just drop deep into your belly as you breathe in and breathe out and feel as you drop into this gentle flow of breath,
Feel yourself deepening within yourself and letting go on the exhale of anything you no longer need to carry,
Letting go of any stress,
Any rushing,
Letting go of anywhere else you need to be and allowing yourself to become completely present,
Giving your body full permission to relax and let go.
Feel the breath begin to take you on a journey,
A journey deep within yourself,
Within your own flow,
A journey into presence with your body and allow the breath to be your guide.
Imagine yourself being transported with the breath through time and space,
Carried in the light and present with yourself,
Allowing your heart to communicate with you how it's feeling right now,
At this moment in time on your journey here on earth,
Take a moment as you're journeying in the light to listen to your heart,
Receiving its truth whatever that may be and as you journey in the light feel yourself calling up now your inner child,
At whatever age is relevant for you,
Calling her forward into your heart and allowing yourself to become present with her,
At whatever age she appears and ask her how she's feeling at this moment in time,
How is she feeling about the world,
About you and about your relationship with her.
Is she feeling loved and is she feeling safe with you and is there anything she needs from you right now that would support her,
Perhaps she just needs you to spend some time to play with her,
To listen to her,
Perhaps she just needs an embrace and to feel safe and to feel and understand that whatever is going on in your journey right now,
You have got everything taken care of for her,
She doesn't need to worry about any change that's occurring or anything else.
And that you are the adult,
You are the parent and that you will always love and look after her and when you feel you've connected deeply with her and her needs have been met in whatever way that is,
Allow her to either integrate back into your heart,
Continue in her own space protected and loved and surrounded by all of your angels and then allow yourself to continue to journey in the light,
To be guided,
To be led and carried by your breath and your intention until you find yourself gently landing in the divine and wild garden of Eden,
A lush oasis on the most sacred land and feel yourself so deeply received and welcomed as you land there and feel Eve there to greet you the sacred original divine serpent mother and feel her take your hand and dance with you around the sacred tree of knowledge and as you dance with her and feel your feet touching the ground,
Feel the earth receiving you luscious beautiful accepting of you exactly as you are and you dance with Eve in the rawness and nakedness of yourself,
Your soul bearing,
Your heart open and as you dance with her around the tree you hear yourself calling out wild calls of release and liberation and Eve laughs in pure joy of your freedom and as you dance around the tree you feel yourself dancing all of the energy out of your body you no longer need,
Dancing out the shame that may still be lingering in your cells and in your DNA,
Dancing it out and surrendering it back to the earth,
Back to the garden where all is loved and accepted,
Where you are completely received exactly as you are even if you don't know what that is and feel the layers of limitations and shame and suppression just lifting from you,
The old beliefs and thoughts about who you are,
Who you need to be,
What others think of you,
Feel it just falling away as you dance and dance around the tree,
The tree of knowledge and feel as you dance the sacred serpent within you,
Your kundalini activating and moving through your chakras,
Clearing the energy that is holding you back from full divine union with yourself and feel as you dance and all of those layers shift from you and surrender back into the earth,
Feel yourself dancing in your freedom,
Your liberation and reclaiming your joy,
Your joy to be free and to be yourself in whatever form that takes,
Unrestricted,
Beautiful and pristine,
Messy and loud,
Whatever it is,
Feel it being received as Eve dances and laughs and continues to move with you around the tree and feel every single part of you you've ever had to suppress or let go of to be accepted by your lover,
By your mother,
Your father,
Society,
The church,
Feel it all coming home to you as it can feel this wild dance,
This liberation and this release of shame,
Creating space for it to all return home,
Cleansed and clear and whole,
Uniting within you to allow even more joy to be expressed and when you have danced all that you can dance for now,
Knowing you can return to that tree to Eve in this wild dance whenever you choose to,
To feel yourself leaning against the tree of knowledge,
Taking a moment of rest and feel now this tree of knowledge as if it's an oracle,
A sacred wise messenger holding all of the answers you could ever possibly need and feel the spirit,
The divine force within this tree start to communicate with you,
Feel it infusing your cells,
Your DNA with wisdom and allow yourself and your heart to open and receive and ask any questions that you may have about your journey right now,
Let the answers you seek be delivered with ease and grace,
If they be for your highest good and allow yourself,
Your heart,
Your awareness to listen,
Feel Eve joining you now,
I'm just supporting you in this process of communion with the tree of knowledge,
Feel her supporting your integration and your healing and when you're ready,
Start to prepare yourself to leave this sacred garden,
Knowing that you can return whenever you choose to,
In your dreams or in your conscious waking hours and when you're ready,
Give thanks to the earth beneath your feet for its sacred healing and support and giving thanks to the tree of knowledge,
Knowing that it is always there for you to communicate directly with,
To obtain your own divine wisdom and be your own oracle and when you're ready,
Feel Eve embracing you,
Whispering words of wisdom and support in the next part of your journey,
Wishing for you to really truly know your worth and to see yourself through her eyes and to allow anything that still keeps you small to be transformed and removed from your pathway with ease and grace,
Allowing you to walk forward with joy and expression of who you really are,
Whoever that may be and whatever form it takes and as you receive her love and embrace and her support and guidance,
Feel yourself now stepping back into the light,
Focusing back on your breath and allowing yourself to be carried through the light,
Carried back through time and space and carried back gently in surrender,
Allowing you to just journey in your heart and feel the light bring you all the way back into your beautiful body,
Into this time and space,
Into a beautiful place of deep rest,
A place of surrender,
As you feel yourself just landing gently,
Know that you are held and loved and supported and as you just breathe into your body,
Feel yourself present,
Connected and centred within yourself and take a moment just to breathe in your own beauty,
Your own light and your own essence
