Welcome to your third chakra.
Close your eyes and take three deep breaths.
And as you place your attention on your solar plexus,
Feel the energy at the center of your being.
And as you hear the sound of your breath going in and out,
Feel the music of the third chakra.
With your mind's eye,
You spin the golden wheel clockwise to awaken your inner fire.
So you see it burn clearly with passion and strength.
You are now ready to ignite your warrior self.
You see yourself standing in front of a shining throne.
You look up and see your hand holding a sword.
This is the sword of truth.
You are going to cut away everything in your inner kingdom that is destroying you.
Suddenly you are surrounded by dark,
Negative energies.
The dark forms make their way into the clearing.
You name them.
Anxiety,
Anger,
Excessive out of control energy,
And then depression,
Exhaustion,
Blaming,
Feeling defeated.
These energies are us at our worst,
But you do not give into these energies.
This is shame inherited from our past,
Our parents,
Our ancestors,
Our society,
Our shame that we must fit in.
You vow to defeat your inner enemies.
You know how powerful you are.
You are going to slay the demons of self doubt.
You come from the light and darkness will not triumph.
A blazing golden light comes from above and by grace,
It floods your being.
You are now a reflection of that grace and with a war cry of,
I am love and I will not be defeated.
You slice at the energies of shame and despair.
You cut the illusions away in your life and you realize you are free.
From far off,
You hear the sound of the purification of fire,
Warming fire.
Its heat is helping you.
You burn away all that you don't need in yourself.
You are sovereign of your new kingdom.
You are clear,
Direct,
Truthful,
Shining,
Regal.
You look at a star above you.
It is your star.
Your destined place in this universe is lit by this star's fire.
The sun is shining and the star is out.
Your individual destiny is now merged with the power and magnificence of the universe.
You are the victor.
We are victorious.
We are champions of life.
Hear us roar for truth and justice for all.
For peace to triumph over war.
For humanity to love and not hate.
For loving kindness to be the way of the world.
Heaven on earth with all of us on our individual thrones of enlightenment.
You know you have the transformative fire for good and love that burns and sets you and others free.
May you be the light now.
Take your seat on your throne.
Survey your new life where you are unafraid to speak your truth.
Where you bring your dreams and the dreams of others to fruition.
Where you are a true visionary for our world.
Where you listen to your souls whispers and have the power,
The strength,
The determination to turn to gold the most dire of situations in your life.
And in this dark but beautiful world of ours,
Your light and fire can change things.
Steal yourself to go out into our world with your compassionate sword of truth and create harmony for all.
Listen to the music and whisper to yourself the ancient mantra of transformation and empowerment.
