This track features the sacred healing music of composer, Yuval Ron, reimagined through the modern lens of Lo-fi Chill-hop instrumental beats. In addition to combining the popular study of Lo-fi music with sacred healing soundscapes, this track also utilizes the most current neuroscience research into 40Hz Brainwave Entrainment via Binaural Beats. In consultation with Executive Producer of Metta Mindfulness Music, Dr. Richard Gold, this binaural beat music will gradually bring the listener's brain wave activity into a state known as, Gamma.
