Welcome to this inner peace meditation.
I am Dr.
Linda Friedland and I'm delighted to be here with you today,
Accompanied by the intentional music track of Yuval Ron in consultation with Dr.

Close your eyes.
Give yourself permission right now to relax.
This is time for yourself to create a sense of inner peace,
To nourish your well-being,
To regain your strength and your vitality,
And to create a profound inner calm.
Begin to become aware of your breathing.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and slowly breathe out through your mouth.
Breathe in again deeply through your nose.
Hold it for a moment and slowly breathe out through your mouth.
Breathe in ever so slowly through your nose and breathe it out through your mouth.
Breathing is undoubtedly one of the most powerful conduits to inner peace.
It is the bridge between your physical and spiritual lives.
Breathing has a capacity to energize,
To heal,
And to regenerate your body.
It stills your mind,
Calms your emotions.
As you breathe out,
Let all the tension stored in your body begin to leave you.
With each inhalation,
You absorb new calming energy and restore your inner peace.
With each breath out,
You are releasing strain.
Breathe out your tensions,
Your worries and concerns right now.
You have no need to hold on to any negative thoughts,
Painful emotions,
Anger,
Regret,
Or pain.
You are safe to let them go.
As you breathe out,
In this moment,
Allow yourself to reach a feeling of inner peace.
Whenever thoughts appear,
Just allow them to flow out with your breath.
Breathe in joy,
Breathe in harmony.
Now starting at the top of your head,
Begin to consciously relax the muscles of your scalp,
Your forehead.
Relax your face and relax your jaw.
Relax the muscles of your neck and shoulders where so much of your tension is stored.
Feel a wave of relaxation flowing through your arms,
Down into your hands and fingers.
Feel this wave of relaxation move through your chest,
Your abdomen,
And into your back,
Soothing all those tight back muscles.
Continuing down your legs and into your feet.
With each gentle breath you take,
Allow yourself to become more and more at peace.
We will now begin to use the power of imagery.
Images,
Powerful mental pictures that connect pathways from your brain cortex to areas of healing,
To a feeling of inner peace.
Imagine,
See,
And feel a beautiful white warm light above your head.
Allow this light to penetrate through the top of your head,
Down your face,
Into your neck and shoulders.
Feel this warm light filling your chest,
Your heart,
Your lungs,
And your abdomen.
Close down your arms all the way to the tips of your fingers,
Tingling with light.
And now let this light flow through your legs,
Down to your feet and toes.
Allow this light to spread down your spinal cord to every single nerve,
To every vessel,
To every cell in your body,
Replenishing,
Renewing,
Healing,
And relieving your stress and strain.
You may begin to feel a heaviness and a warmth entering you.
As you become more and more relaxed and comfortable,
You are becoming calmer and tranquil.
Feel the warmth,
The warmth of your heart,
The source of your life force.
Let it pump this light through all your vessels,
Opening up any physical or emotional blockage through your bloodstream,
Clearing,
Replenishing,
And healing.
Feel the warmth,
See the light,
Hear the movement through the vessels,
As it flows to all the pathways of immunity,
Healing every part of your body and mind.
Your entire body is now bathed in this light as it surrounds you in a cocoon of radiance,
Relaxing your outer muscles and skin,
And you feel at peace and energized.
Let the energy of this music and the Earth's energy and the spiritual divine energy surrounding you enter and restore your energy and life power.
Open every cell of your body to health and healing and inner peace.
Now,
Gently bring your attention back to your breathing once again.
Feel of the chair or the cushion or the floor against your body.
Allow this deep breathing to continue in through your nose and exhale through your mouth as you feel calm and joy and clarity and peace.
As we conclude our meditation,
You will feel calmer inside and out.
Your breathing will remain smooth and even.
Your thoughts and your mindset will be positive and supportive of your health and well-being.
Your sense of deep inner peace is profound and lasting.
