This is. Rusk said. A meditation with fewer words. And more. Spaces of quiet. A kaleidoscope holds. Small colored pieces. Reflected in mirrors. And if we're willing with one. Small turn. We can make different patterns here. But when life changes unexpectedly. We can resist what's different. So we reach for what's familiar. And hold to the view. We know. But knowing of you by heart. Doesn't mean we've seen it all. By Coldena Kaleidoscope. Keep still. We keep seeing one pattern. Let the music be your. Kaleidoscope. But one sound. Catch your attention. For a little while. Now listen to what's playing. Alongside it. Something quieter. Perhaps. Something. You hadn't heard. No need to name it. Let the sounds play together. Without choosing one over the other. When a familiar thought. Catches your attention. About yourself. Someone else. Or what comes next, Remember this. It may be part. Of the picture. Without being. The whole picture. Stay with the music a little longer and let it keep unfolding. My voice will be quiet now. If a thought carries you away. Come back to a sound you can hear. And leave room. For another. Small turns. Widen views. As my voice returns, Hear it alongside the music. When your view begins to narrow. As you move about your life. Remember. Pattern may come from your past. But it isn't all that's possible in your present. So give the kaleidoscope a small turn. Because small turns. Widen views. This was Lus said.
