Let's get into our comfortable meditation position sitting down on the floor or lying down.
Let's put both hands on our belly and we'll take three deep breaths together.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
And deep breath out.
And then just breathe normally in and out through your nose.
And as you breathe,
Think of your favorite color.
Once you know your favorite color,
Imagine that color being poured all over your body.
Your skin,
Your hair,
Your nails,
Even your teeth and tongue are turning into your favorite color.
The ground,
The walls,
The ceiling,
Everything in your room turning into your favorite color.
How does this color make you feel?
Do you feel happy?
Do you feel excited?
Do you feel a little sad?
How do you feel?
Imagine your favorite color all around you as you close your eyes.
Imagine everyone in the room is turning into your favorite color.
As you keep your body very still and continue to breathe in through the nose,
Deep breath in and out through the nose,
Deep breath out.
This favorite color is all the way down in your toes,
In your fingers,
And even behind your ears.
How does your favorite color make you feel?
What do you love about your favorite color?
Now as you keep breathing deeply in through your nose,
Out through your nose,
You start to notice your favorite color is just fading away.
It's fading away from your toes and fingers.
It's fading away from your hair,
Your skin,
And your teeth.
As you keep your eyes closed,
Your favorite color is peeling away from the walls,
From the ground,
From the ceiling,
And everything's returning back to normal.
Let you know that anytime you need your favorite color,
You can close your eyes again and imagine your favorite color running all through your body and all throughout your room.
Let's take a big breath in to close our meditation.
