Practice Yoga Nidra lying in the comfortable supine position, if pregnant, - on the left side. Use a blanket to cover yourself so you feel warm and more grounded, you can use another blanket on your mat to soften under your body, a little cushion under your head, which touches your shoulders… cover your eyes with an eye bag if you have one, or a folded scarf, dim the lights. My voice will guide you in and out.
