Many of us keep postponing some work or other challenging tasks. It is so human being! This "monkey mind" can find endless excuses. I have created this 10-min meditation which includes some mindfulness and positivity practice, affirmations, or mantras. It can help to get focused, motivated, and stronger to get that task started and accomplish it.

Find your seated comfortable position.

You can sit crossed leg on a yoga block.

You can lean near a wall or sit on a chair.

Whatever works for you.

Bring groundiness through your sit bones.

Hands are resting on your thighs or on your lap.

Sitting tall.

Spine is upright,

Long in a relaxed way.

Plenty of space in your abdominal area.

Shoulders are relaxed.

Eyes are gently closed.

Chin is relaxed.

Face is soft.

Feeling the subtle movement of your breath.

Just as it is,

Your natural breath.

Nothing to change.

Think of the task you have to start or to complete.

No need to think hard,

Just bring it to your mind.

So you know it's here.

And then take your kind awareness to the heart.

Bring the sense of positivity.

Feel the inner smile.

Your heart is smiling.

Bring this sense of positivity to your task.

There are good things about it.

An idea,

A process or accomplishment.

And take your kind awareness back to your joyful heart with your task in the background.

Mentally,

Silently repeat an affirmation.

A mantra as you breathe.

I can do it.

I can do it.

You can add I can do it.

It's easy.

Or your own mantra.

Keep going so you can understand your Designed to fasten your soul.

As you are repeating your mantra,

Feel free to place one hand on your heart and the other one on your stomach,

Where your willpower is,

To connect more this way.

The sense of strength,

Determination and positivity.

Let's sing.
