Your post-party peacekeeper. This 8-minute meditation is here to remind you: it's okay to celebrate, to let loose, to be human. No shame, no guilt—just a gentle return to yourself. Hangxiety—that mix of hangover and anxiety—can leave you restless, foggy, and overthinking. But you don’t need to spiral. This practice soothes your nervous system, eases tension, and rehydrates your energy. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about feeling good in your skin again, releasing the pressure, and reclaiming your day with softness, grace, and self-love. Breathe in. Let go. You’re allowed to feel good—even after the party.

Hello dear one,

This is Lenka,

Welcome,

I'm glad you made it here.

This is meditation for hangover,

To recalibrate your mind and reset your nervous system.

You are here now,

Maybe lying down,

Maybe curled up in bed or sitting on a bathroom toilet.

See whether you can move your body slightly to find more comfort,

More ease.

Wherever you are,

However you feel,

This is your sacred space right now.

You made it through the celebration,

The fun,

The laughter,

The dancing,

The messy moments of magic.

Yes,

You may feel foggy,

Anxious,

Nauseous,

And that's okay,

Now your body is whispering or maybe shouting,

Help,

And that is okay too.

Let's start with this,

Acceptance,

This isn't failure,

This isn't you falling off the wagon or losing your glow,

This is being human,

Being alive,

Sometimes the soul craves structure and sometimes it wants wild champagne-fueled chaos,

And that's okay,

That is life.

Life is meant to be celebrated,

Let this sing in,

Life is meant to be celebrated,

And hangover is just an experience,

Your body is resilient and now it's healing.

Take a deep breath in,

Right into your belly,

Feel it rise,

And as you exhale,

Feel your body soften.

Again inhale,

Fresh healing air in,

Exhale anything stale,

Close your eyes,

Dear one,

And whisper to yourself,

This is not a step backwards,

You didn't ruin your glow,

You let your hair down,

You celebrated life,

That matters,

That counts,

That deserves love not shame.

Your nervous system is recalibrating,

Your body is doing its thing,

That's it,

You are not behind,

You are simply in process.

Place your hand on your heart now,

And whisper to yourself,

I love you anyway,

I love you anyway,

I love you anyway.

One more deep breath in,

Inhale,

Let the fresh air in,

Hold,

And sigh it out,

One more time,

Inhale,

Letting the new energy in,

Now beautiful soul,

Slowly open your eyes,

Go and get a fresh glass of water,

With few drops of fresh lemon and rehydrate your being.

Let it be a ritual,

Let it be medicine,

Sip slowly,

Come home to yourself,

You are going to be okay,

And when the storm passes,

You will still be you,

Radiant,

Worthy,

I will see you on the other side,

All of my love goes out to you.
