Welcome to In the Light of Truth Integration Meditation.
This exercise is designed to integrate the shadow self and align you to your higher essence.
As I guide you through the pathway of the seven chakras with the intention to align your etheric body,
Allow me to take you to a place where you will have the opportunity to meet an aspect of your shadow self and to integrate this part of you in search of healing.
Let us begin by closing the eyes,
Preparing to set an intention to disconnect from the visuals of our external world and open the door to the dimensions and sweet caresses of our internal senses.
Bringing awareness to the breath,
Notice the breath without making any alterations.
Notice the rhythm of the breath.
Notice if the breath is shallow or deep.
Notice the sound of the breath,
The internal whisper,
Or any hesitation as the breath finds its way in and out of the body.
Noticing without judgment,
Remembering to never invite judgment in the observation of self.
Affirming as a meditator that you will relieve yourself from all judgment.
In this light,
We can investigate the true and authentic self.
Let it free us from worldly illusions,
Illusions that limit us to the inner power that is rightfully ours from birth.
Let us now claim that power through prana,
The energy of the breath,
The life force of every living thing.
Using the breath to wash away any limiting beliefs that are blocking us from our truth,
Whether from the past or present.
I invite you now to focus on the breath as I guide you through this practice and allow the breath to integrate with mind,
Body,
And soul.
Being mindful that the energy of the breath can be used as a powerful tool to cleanse the impurities of our thoughts,
Thoughts that we have inherited along the path of our human conditioning.
Never underestimate the power of the breath,
For it gives us life and it will take it away.
Use it wisely.
Our spirit exists in the breath,
Coming from the Latin word spiritus vitae,
Meaning breath of life.
When you breathe,
Spirit breathes.
When you share the life force energy of the breath with all living things,
You are connected as one with the spirit of the universe.
Join me now as we prepare to inhale for a count of four,
Then after a slight pause releasing for a count of four.
Let us prepare,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the hips,
Taking a slow sweeping inhale and letting go with an exhale.
Continuing this pattern for a few breaths until you hear my voice cueing you in for the count.
On the next inhale,
Rising to a count of one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Pause.
Exhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Pause.
Inhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Pause.
Exhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Pause.
Inhale,
Pause.
Exhale,
Pause.
Inhale,
Pause.
Exhale,
Pause.
Keep it going,
Just like that.
As you cleanse your mind with the sweeping motion of the breath,
I invite you to imagine sitting before a big white movie screen.
The movie screen is lit up,
But nothing is projected on the screen,
So you wait with anticipation to see what comes next.
After waiting patiently,
You notice the screen slowly transforming into a bright red color,
But still no images.
You notice how this color somehow allows you to feel safe,
Like the comfort of sitting outside on a warm sunny day,
Enjoying the rosy red sky of the sunset and the earth firmly below your feet.
Sitting there,
Grounded in your chair,
Feeling the warm breeze as you listen to the silence of the night.
Suddenly,
The sky turns orange,
Awakening you from the thoughts of your sweet summer memories,
Only to realize it was just a light from the movie screen,
Bringing you back to the present and the awareness of your sit bones below you,
Planted in your seat.
Facing this bright orange light,
You feel a wave of emotions just by looking at this vibrant orange reflection off the screen.
You become very curious of this sweep of emotions and try to interpret what you're feeling by laying perfectly still.
As you hold yourself in stillness,
Giving your body your full attention,
You feel a sense of excitement deep down within the core of your belly,
Wondering where it's coming from.
Your curiosity then fades in favor of just allowing yourself to absorb this sweet sensation.
Take a moment to feel and notice what you're feeling in this area of the body,
A couple of inches below the belly button.
As you wait with excitement,
Mesmerized by the vibrant orange light on the big screen,
The light flickers and in an instant transforms into a beautiful bright golden yellow.
The golden yellow light is so rich in color that you can almost feel a wave of heat reflecting off the screen and onto your skin.
Like a bright yellow sun shining through your bedroom window as if inviting you to come outside.
You imagine the surge of energy that this warm light brings you.
You take it all in and allow your body to feel the power and sensation the golden yellow light creates within you.
Feel it.
Allow yourself the pleasure of feeling it.
The screen then gently fades into a welcoming green light.
It is a very warm,
Vibrant green color reminding you of how much you love imagining being lost in the forest while taking a walk through your local park.
You imagine being surrounded by lush greenery enriched with your favorite trees and plants.
As you observe all that comes before you,
You begin to feel like you're in a storybook fairy tale that's coming alive right before your eyes.
You notice that some of these leaves are so huge,
Your imagination so vivid that you find it difficult to stop yourself from reaching out to touch and feel their rubbery green texture.
A sign of a healthy plant that has been well cared for by the magnificence of Mother Nature.
As you think of Mother Nature,
You think of Mother Nurture and how she takes care of all the beautiful things that surround you.
In the awareness of your surroundings,
Your heart is filled with so much love and gratitude for all she offers.
So much love.
It brings tears to your eyes.
Tears of joy and the comfort of knowing you always have someone to turn to for divine healing.
After getting lost in the imagination of this magical forest,
The vibrant green gently fades away while infusing with a beautiful ocean blue color.
This color takes you away to a place of longing.
Longing for the power and tranquility of the water.
There are no words to express how much you long to be by the water.
But your emotions can tell a story a mile high.
You want to tell the world how you feel.
In your quest to communicate to the world,
You imagine your breath as your messenger.
Exhaling,
You imagine the breath carrying your expressive thoughts to faraway places.
Watching them float away over the bright blue waters of the ocean with every exhale.
Or you might imagine every thought that leaves your breath like particles of stardust drifting away through the bright blue sky.
Set your intention to see your thoughts drift to distant places through the power of your imagination.
So you can touch the hearts of all who are also longing.
Longing to receive your words and feel that deep sense of connection that comes with speaking your truth.
The screen is so big it's easy to imagine sitting in the middle of nowhere.
Causing you to feel a sense of insignificance.
How small you are compared to this humongous body of water.
But the serene blue color of the water offers you a sense of feeling perfectly safe.
Reminding you that you are part of the big picture and one with the whole.
You sit quietly and calmly as you contemplate this sense of oneness.
Breathing it all in and out.
In and out.
Feel this sense of knowing how perfectly you fit in.
Like a unique puzzle piece.
You know you are separate as an individual but as a whole you are one with everything.
The screen once again calls on your awareness as it shifts to a darker blue with a hue of purple.
You may see this color as the color indigo.
You enjoy this new color because it stimulates your awareness.
You then begin to feel this tingling sensation in the middle of your forehead just above the line of the eyebrows.
The third eye they call it.
The eye of awareness.
Rightfully so because this is a spiritual eye that allows you to see things that many whose physical eyes wide open cannot.
The more you focus your awareness on this area of the forehead the more you can actually feel the tingling sensation hovering ever so slightly.
In this moment you are very aware that you are sitting in front of the movie screen and very aware that you are seeing yourself sitting there from another place.
A place called consciousness where there is so much to see.
Things that are even beyond your imagination.
You are aware of the body.
You are aware of the breath.
You are aware of exactly where you're sitting before this big movie screen.
Perhaps you are seeing yourself just in front of the screen or perhaps a little further back.
Wherever you are you and only you can see where you are by the powerful illuminating light of your third eye.
You not only see with awareness.
Your awareness can feel your whole body including the movement of the breath as you notice it touching the path it follows in and out of the body.
Absorb yourself in this moment of awareness as you translate the language of consciousness together with your soul and together with so many other beautiful souls sharing this experience as it unfolds in this very moment.
Suddenly the screen fills the room with a bright violet light blended with endless streaks of crystal rays illuminated by beautiful rays of white light.
This light is so bright it causes you to look slightly away while holding your hand up high above the level of your eyes.
While shielding yourself from the intensity of this bright light you squint your eyes looking towards this mysterious grand figure.
You see entering the picture.
From the corner of your eye you notice a shadow moving along the screen.
You can't really tell if this shadow is on the screen or if it's coming from someone walking along the front of it while blocking the light of the projector.
The shadow begins to come into focus but you still can't tell if this is a real shadow or a projected one.
You start to walk towards the shadow to get a closer look but then you stop feeling a sense that the shadow is watching you watching it.
As you stand face to face with the shadow a feeling comes over you thinking to yourself this shadow feels familiar.
You are afraid to move not to disturb the moment of suspense but at the same time very curious to understand what is happening.
You notice the shadow shifting into the light or maybe you wonder.
Maybe the light is shifting onto the shadow.
It is difficult to tell because the screen appears to have turned into a mist of light particles.
You are a little confused and not sure if this mist is coming from outside the screen preventing you from seeing a clear picture.
It feels like you are in a three-dimensional scene with you,
The screen and the shadow all together making up the big picture.
You begin to take a step closer and the shadow moves at the same time but in the opposite direction.
Then you move to the left and the shadow follows you.
Every move you make the shadow follows.
It takes you back to a time when you were very young discovering your shadow for the very first time.
The memories are familiar but the feeling is different.
It feels playful but there is also this sense of sadness that you can't help noticing.
A feeling coming from the depths of your soul.
Strangely you have a sense that the shadow is feeling the same thing.
In a telepathic way you find yourself communicating with the shadow,
Asking it with intense curiosity but at the same time a little apprehensive to discover the response.
Are you me?
There is a brief moment of silence.
And then,
In the same non-verbal way,
You understand the shadow to reply with a gentle yes.
You then ask,
Why?
Why are you sad?
You pause for a moment feeling a little awkward correcting yourself,
Rephrasing the question.
Why are we sad?
The shadow quietly responds.
I have burdens that do not belong to me and preventing me from my highest nature.
Who do they belong to?
You reply.
They belong to fear,
The shadow responds.
Then,
Can you not give them back to fear?
You respond.
I can't,
The shadow responds.
I did not take them from fear.
Then,
Who gave them to you?
The shadow did not respond.
So,
After a long pause,
You reluctantly ask.
Was it me?
Did I give these things to you?
Yes,
The shadow responds.
Where did I get them?
You ask.
You chose them when you weren't looking,
The shadow responds.
Well,
How do I get rid of them?
I don't want us to feel this way.
You respond in frustration.
The shadow responds.
You need to start looking into the light and take me with you,
So we can both rid ourselves of all these limiting beliefs that are causing us this fear.
You have been collecting these beliefs over the years,
And they do not belong to either of us.
They all belong to fear,
The shadow continues to explain after pausing again.
These beliefs have no power over us if we shine light on them.
This is how I was created,
With bits and pieces of shadow that came from the absence of light.
The more pieces you bring into the light,
The better we can both see through the same lens of awareness,
The shadow explains.
But if I bring you into the light,
Will you disappear?
I think that would also cause me to feel sad,
Expressing your feelings to the shadow.
No,
The shadow responds.
I will not leave you,
You just won't be able to see me in the light.
But through your awareness,
You will know I am there and that I am safe.
As long as you hold me into the light,
You will be free of these things that are keeping us in the shadows causing us many problems.
Then I choose not to choose these things and leave them where they belong,
On the other side of fear.
Come on,
You say out loud to your shadow.
Let us leave this dark place,
We're going into the light.
As you walk away,
You look back at the screen and see it as it was before,
Just a blank white lit up movie screen.
There is no shadow behind you and nothing around you.
It's just you and something you feel within you.
It's a peaceful feeling.
You feel lighter,
Happier,
Accompanied by a strong sense of awareness.
An awareness that says you are not alone.
It is a spiritual sense of renewal,
A willingness and readiness to let go of all things that don't belong to you.
You are prepared to let go of things in your past and things that you will encounter along your journey moving forward.
As you continue to walk away,
You are overcome by a strong inner feeling that is urging you to respond.
It is a familiar feeling coming from a deep sense of knowing who you are.
In this light,
And without hesitation,
You feel compelled to say to the shadow who is now walking in line with you,
I love you.
I love you.
