Based on the ancient Kabbalistic writings of Rabbi Elazar Azkari from the 16th century, in his book, he mentions the practice of visualizing yourself surrounded by infinite Light to awaken the infinite power in you. some Kabbalists would practice this for 9 hours... This recording is for our generation - 22 minutes. I hope you will feel it, with love, Yehuda

Eyes closed.

Begin by settling your intention more deeply into the present,

By tuning into the sound of the bells.

I will ring them five times each time I do.

Bring your full presence and awareness to the sound all the way until it goes off into silence.

Take thatos.

1 3 Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Pull the energy from your lower abdomen to the higher abdomen to your chest,

To your throat,

All the way up to the crown,

Hold it and slowly exhale through the mouth.

Another deep breath in through the nose,

Pull the energy from the lower abdomen to the higher abdomen,

To your chest,

Your heart space,

To your throat,

All the way up to the crown,

Hold it and slowly out through the mouth.

And one more time take a deep breath in through the nose,

Pull the energy from the lower abdomen to the higher abdomen,

To your chest area,

Through your throat,

All the way up to the crown,

Hold it and slowly exhale through the mouth.

The top of your head is relaxed,

Your facial muscles become more relaxed,

Your body is relaxed,

Your shoulders,

Your hands,

All tension is removed,

Your chest is open at ease,

Your body is relaxed,

You are coming deeper and deeper into a sense of peace,

Your internal organs are more relaxed,

Down to the back of your spine.

Your hips and thighs feel relaxed,

Your knees down your legs,

Everything is relaxed,

Your body starts to relax and settle in,

All the way to the bottom of your feet.

As your body starts to relax and settle in,

Free of tension,

Deeper into a sense of peace,

Of atonement.

Keep bringing your awareness into your breath and as you breathe in,

Pull the energy from the lower abdomen to the higher abdomen,

Your throat,

All the way up to the crown,

Hold it and slowly exhale through the mouth.

And feel it,

Feel it in your heart and breathe.

Become aware of the endless light around you,

Way out beyond you.

Become aware of the immense vast energy all around you.

Take a deep breath in,

Tune in and feel it,

Find it,

Pay attention to it,

Feel it,

Feel it,

Feel it,

Feel it,

Feel it.

Stay connected with it.

Feel it and breathe.

Now we are going to use the four sound vibrations based on the ancient army kibbutz letters to help us tune in and to connect even deeper with the infinite,

With the endless light that is within you and all around you.

You'd breathe in,

Pull the energy from your lower abdomen to the higher one,

To your chest,

Your throat,

All the way up to the crown and hold it.

Hey,

Exhale,

Move the energy from the crown to your right hand.

Vav,

Breathe in,

Pull the energy from the lower abdomen to the higher one,

To your heart space,

Hold it.

Hey,

Exhale,

Move the energy from the heart space and your body to your left hand.

We are forming a circle of energy,

Of light,

Endless light from the crown to the right hand,

To your heart space and your body to your left hand.

You'd breathe in,

Pull the energy from your lower abdomen to the higher one,

To your chest,

Your throat,

All the way up to the crown and hold it.

Hey,

Exhale,

Move the energy from the crown to your right hand.

Vav,

Breathe in,

Pull the energy from the lower abdomen to the higher one,

To your heart space,

Hold it.

Hey,

Exhale,

Move the energy from the heart space and your body to your left hand.

Take a deep breath in and relax.

Take a moment simply to experience what it's like to be in this space of expansion,

Infinite light in you and all around you.

What does it feel like?

The energy in you expands and expands.

Tune in.

Feel it.

Feel it with all your heart.

Breathe.

Feel the gratitude for your life.

It's within you and all around you.

Tune in to this endless light.

Feel it in your heart.

Become more aware of it.

Unify your mind,

The mind of life,

The mind of the creator,

The divine mind.

Feel it,

Relax into it.

Take a deep breath in,

Pull the energy from your lower abdomen to the higher abdomen,

To your chest,

Your throat,

All the way up to the crown.

Hold it and slowly exhale and relax.

I will ring the bells five times.

Simply bring your full awareness,

Attention to the sound all the way until it goes off into silence.

And then you are welcome to open your eyes.

You are welcome to open your eyes.

You are welcome to open your eyes.

And now you are invited to open your eyes.

Open your eyes.

Open your eyes.
