Hello beautiful Landstein Timer community!

My name is Jaritzy and I'm so grateful and happy to let me guide you through the following self-love meditation.

Thank you for being here.

In this place you are safe and comfortable.

So let's start finding a comfortable position.

You can be sitting down or laying down.

And gentle,

You can start closing your eyes.

When you feel ready,

You are going to visualize your favorite place in earth.

In this place you have experienced a lot of joy,

Peace and security.

Let your awareness travel throughout your body.

Just notice if there's any tension that you are holding up.

Let's take a look to your shoulders,

Your neck,

Your face,

Your toes,

Higher back,

Your lower back,

Your hips,

Your legs and feet.

And release any tension back to the earth.

Now take your awareness to how you are feeling at this moment.

If any worries or thoughts arise,

Just be aware and allow them all to be.

You are okay here right now,

Leaving the present moment.

Breathe into your body.

Take a deep breath in and feel your belly rising and a deep breath out,

Releasing all tensions or thoughts.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and a deep breath out from the mouth.

Feel yourself relaxed with every and single breath.

Deep breath in,

Filling up your belly and deep breath out,

Letting everything go.

Now you feel the more and more relaxed,

Completely relaxed.

Now if you feel it,

You can put your hand gentle on your heart.

Allow yourself to take this moment for yourself.

While you are here,

Remember if any thoughts arise,

Don't judge yourself.

Just simply bring your awareness back to the sound of my voice.

You are going to repeat the following mantras.

I love myself The love I feel for myself is unconditional.

It is through loving myself that I love others and the universe.

I love the person I am.

I accept myself for who I am.

My heart is open to giving and receiving love.

I receive with grace and gratitude.

And I give with generosity.

I put myself first because only then I can truly give to others.

I give myself what I need.

I take care of myself and nourish my body,

My mind and spirit.

I am at peace.

I accept myself for my past,

My present and my future.

I am special.

I am unique.

I am a good person.

I radiate love.

I embody love.

I am love.

Love is the source of all love.

I choose to love myself first.

Everything I need is within me.

When I feel I need love,

I give love to myself.

When I feel I need rest,

I just allow myself to rest.

I can feel the light of love filling up my heart.

I have everything I need to live a life of joy and fulfillment.

There is nothing I need outside of me to feel complete.

I am enough.

I do my best for my body every day.

I nourish my body with healthy foods and exercise.

I send loving thoughts to my body.

My body is grateful for the love I give to it.

I am grateful for my body.

I love my body.

I am kind to myself and I speak only loving words to myself.

I forgive myself,

Truly.

I bless and release my past.

It is safe for me to look within.

It is possible for me to heal all my past hurts by offering them love,

Just love.

I let go of everything that holds me back from living my life to the fullest.

So now you are going to start moving your feet,

Your legs,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your shoulders,

Your neck and you can stretch your whole body.

And when you feel ready,

You can open your eyes and enjoy this beautiful and lovely day.

This meditation is now over and I hope that you fully enjoy it,

It felt like a bit of a risk to engage in this self-love meditation, but I did today for some reason and in allowing myself to be open to the affirmations and truthes she was sharing, I was able to connect with, feel and embody them in a really beautiful way. Thank you for encouraging me to lean in to self-love of my past, present and future, and in doing so, to radiate love to others and the world. My only recommendation would be to provide a bit more space between each affirmation for the words to settle in.
