This meditation will help you to simple relax and prepare your body for a deep sleep.
You deserve to take this precious time to calm your mind and your body after a stressful day.
Great.
So take a comfortable position and take a deep breath.
Inhale by your nose.
Hold three seconds.
One,
Two,
Three and then exhale by your mouth.
Once again,
Inhale by your nose.
Hold three seconds.
One,
Two,
Three and exhale by your mouth.
One more time.
Inhale by your nose.
Hold three seconds.
One,
Two,
Three and then exhale by your mouth.
As you are laying down,
Feel your body.
Just assume this resting position.
Use the breath to bring mindfulness to your body and cultivate relaxation.
As you breathe in,
Feel your lungs filled with air and when you exhale,
Feel the body soften into your bed.
Picture yourself falling deeper and deeper into your bed as your body relaxes with each exhale.
Taking your attention at the top of your head,
Your face,
Your toes,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands and if you feel some tension,
Just release it to the earth and fill your body with new and beautiful energy.
Let's take a look into your stomach,
Your gut and release all your fears and all your tensions.
Let's move down into your hips,
Your legs,
Your knees,
Your toes and your feet.
As your attention rests on each part,
Just relax it and soften into the bed with every exhale.
Release all the tensions that you are feeling in your body and let the good energy come inside your body and release all the tensions that you have accumulating during all your day.
Relax deeply.
So now you are going to rest deeply.
Now that you are completely relaxed,
You are going to sleep peacefully and dream sweetly.
