Meditation to release the day and calm your mind.
Find a quiet place to sit or lie comfortably where you will not be disturbed.
Sitting upright and placing your hands in your lap.
Closing your eyes and bringing your awareness to your breath.
Take a deep and purposeful breath in and release all over.
Take another breath in and feel your body relaxing in the chair.
Allow the day to simply fade and wash away with each breath you take.
With each out-breath releasing your to-do list,
Schedules or conversations and any remaining thoughts that might be saying that you need to get this done or that completed.
Releasing and cutting from difficult conversations and any challenging moments throughout the day.
Bringing to mind any issues that still concern you or parts of the day that may not have gone the way you wanted.
Letting yourself know that you did the best that you could do in that moment and that it's okay to get things wrong.
Knowing that you are perfect exactly as you are.
With the in-breath visualizing a lotus flower on the top of your head.
Slowly opening and unfolding with luminous and softness enveloping you in peace and calm.
As each petal opens a little more you can feel the beauty of the lotus flower transmuting any residue harshness from your day.
You feel the reassurance from the lotus flower as it reminds you that each day is a new beginning,
A new opportunity to shine.
And from the mud and the darkness you can rise and start again.
You notice that there is another lotus flower sitting in front of your heart that is glowing and radiating a soft pink ray of light.
With each in-breath the pink ray emanates compassion and love dissolving energy of conflict or harsh words.
Give yourself permission to receive the pink ray of unconditional love.
This is a receptive process.
Allow this healing to transmute anything that no longer serves.
You do not need to hold this anymore.
It's time to let it go.
With each exhalation you can see that the pink ray is dissolving all cords that might be holding in place any limiting thoughts or beliefs.
With each inhalation you can feel more of yourself,
More of your essence,
More of your own power returning to you.
You start to become aware that this pink healing ray is slowly expanding and you perceive that it is now covering your whole energy body.
You can feel the pink ray nurturing you and holding you in a soft transparent blanket of pink rose petals.
There is nothing you need to do in this moment.
You are safe and you feel peaceful and calm.
Repeating in your mind,
I'm happy,
I am safe,
I have everything I need.
I'm happy,
I am safe,
I have everything I need.
I am happy,
I am safe,
All is well in my world.
With your hands on your heart,
Intend to send a blessing out to your family,
Friends and your week ahead.
Feeling gratitude and being thankful for all that you have in your life and all the abundance waiting to manifest.
Slowly wriggling your fingers and toes,
Bringing your awareness back into your body and opening your eyes.
