I randomly chose your meditation and was astonished how it nearly replicated my dream of a limestone colored box with a golden key inside. On the interior flap was an illustrated map of an old city. A message was attached to the key but I hadn’t read it in the dream so maybe I needed your gift of a meditation to know what it said. Sublime day to you and yours. Namaste

I LOVE this meditation!!! I only found it about a week and a half ago and it has become the first meditation I listen to the moment I sit down after my workday has ended. Working from a smaller home, I don’t have a dedicated office, so my porch is my refuse - my safe space. Where I can decompress. Listening to this track absolutely 💯 helps me release anything I’ve had going on in the day. I cannot recommend it enough. Take care Insight Timer friends, be kind to yourself and one another.
